Great location and big enough for our family of 7 adults. Unit needs updating of new furniture and would encourage to add king sized beds for extra rooms. 3rd bedroom with bunks were noisy. Overall a great experience and would rent again.
Location is excellent for skiing and accessing Main St. Condo is a little dated but everything works. Has a wood fireplace that is nice. Great gym, hot tube, pool, sauna and steam room right across the way.
We had a great time, the unit is located very close to the lift so you cant ask for a better location. The unit was clean but all the furniture is very outdated, including the appliances and the showers and toilets.
We had a couple of issues with the property during our stay but the management office responded well.
We needed a ski in /out with three bedrooms. This unit served the purpose. Positives: It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Den and beakfast were spacious for a ski condo. Master bath had a huge steamer shower. Cons: Balcony was small. Some of the bathrooms were dated. The decor was miss matched.
Overall: The unit served its purpose! Great trip!
Overall this place was nice, but felt it was very outdated for the price and that parking is not guaranteed. You have to email separately after you book to request a parking spot (we received 2 days at the end of our stay). That was the most inconvenience.
Otherwise pretty decent unit. Not a large balcony, little outdated but comfortable if you're spending most of the day on the mountains. The hottubs were across the parking lot (or you could walk the long way underground).
Check-in is offsite and it's a little difficult to locate the unit and understand where you can park to load/unload. Once we figured out everything it was much easier when leaving to get the car loaded.
Great location to ski in/out and easy access into that side of town's restaurants, stores, etc.
Excellent location with available underground parking. Very close to the lift and 1 block from historic downtown. Lots of room. Unit is a little bit tired, but very adequate. Would stay here again.
Started off bad when nobody was there to check us in. Then arrived and it looks like they never spent a dime on furniture in 30 years. One of our keys didnât work, hot tubs and pool were shut down, fire alarm was pulled at midnight, besides that the location was great! Vey unhappy overall
Bad: check-in process was horrible and we got the run around. After hours of check-in at the remote closed office with printed instructions. We missed the post-it note that our parking was at an adjacent property, which let to phone calls, driving back to the closed remote office for no reason. Attitude of the management company was "oh well" at best.
Issues with the place - coffee maker no carafe...MIA, so we had to make coffee runs in the morning. Silverware was dirty...we ran that through the in-room dishwasher - this is a bit of a burn considering what is charged for cleaning and management fees.
Good: Nice place and the layout worked very well. Fireplace was very nice and well stocked with wood. The steam shower was a big hit. The location was great for walking in town.
Great for families, more communication would be helpful
Overall, the place was great. Perfect for two families with kids, as the third bedroom had ample space for the kids to share. The location was great too, within walking distance of many restaurants and Main St as well as the gondola. My only suggestion for improvement is communication. I had to reach out to request check-in information, and when I got there, I still didnât have all the info I needed and I couldnât open the lockbox to get the key. A small hiccup in the overall trip, but a bit of a frustrating start. The other communication issue was the pool required reservations and we werenât told that before our stay. By the time we arrived and found that out, we couldnât reserve any time. Knowing that in advance would have been helpful. Again, small issue in an otherwise great stay. Would recommend the condo and would stay again.
Unit is in an excellent location. 2 Minute walk to ski rental, ticket office, and ski lifts. Also only a short block to downtown. Condo was very spacious with comfortable rooms. Very clean room and staff was easily available for requests. Decent view of the mountain off the balcony, and the fireplace was an awesome end of night enhancer.
We were here with our family and liked the location and size of the place. The pillows, mattresses and linens are desperately in need of upgrading. Making these changes would greatly enhance the stay for future guests.
This was our 2nd time staying in this 3 bedroom condo and you can't beat the location for skiing and enjoying the Village Amenities. We will definitely book this condo again!
