Ce Sunset Townhome dispose de quatre chambres et peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. L'appartement n ° 4 a été entiÚrement rénové il y a quelques années et est une escapade parfaite à la montagne! Le porche arriÚre a un bain à remous privé et se trouve juste sur la piste de ski 4 heures. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et regarder les skieurs arriver à la fin de la journée.

La chambre principale a un lit king, la deuxiÚme chambre a aussi un lit king, la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits superposés (avec une option gigogne gigogne) et la quatriÚme chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés.

Cette unitĂ© est ski dans / marche sur la piste de ski Four O'Clock. Le tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge Snowflake est Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied de l'unitĂ© et les clients peuvent skier jusqu'Ă  leur porte arriĂšre. Les clients peuvent toujours sauter sur le systĂšme de bus Breck Free Ride pour aller n'importe oĂč en ville, ils veulent aller, il s'arrĂȘte juste devant le complexe. Cependant, vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons du Riverwalk Centre, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du centre-ville historique sur Main Street.

Great Oktoberfest Weekend

6 40+ males for a guys trip in late September. Location was perfect, minutes from main street. Hot tub and deck were excellent and plenty of room for all of us.

Location is key

Our group loved the location of this condo. We had 12 adults and all fit pretty well. The hot tub was wonderful. Ski in was very cool. Location was almost perfect. The only downside was finding where to throw our trash bags away at. Definitely recommend this property! Cheers!

Overall, the location was good. Short walk to the pool and town. And property manager was responsive. Would say the space itself is okay. One of the bathroom doors didn't lock. We received five towels for a family of eight in a home that has a hot tub. There were candy wrappers/candy under the bed and sofa (so kinda clean). Thank goodness we brought our own pool towels. And when I mentioned it they brought more. The kitchen has just enough basic asupplies for cooking / eating. At least the previously mentioned broken coffee machine by another reviewer had already been replaced - Yay!

Would NEVER stay here

Upon arrival we realized hot tub was DISGUSTING!!! There was mold all over shower upstairs and down. Floor/ carpet wet and smelly. This unit needs A LOT OF WORK! No screens in windows (every unit next to It did) Patio furniture fell apart when we sat in it. Very disappointed. One plus- location. Everything was walkable. I will say, property manager did try to help with stuff however, unit needs soooo much work there wasn’t much they could do.

Great location for kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was great for 4 adults and two kids. The downstairs space was a perfect place for the kids to play. Be advised, the bunks down there are open to the living space. The hot tub on the back porch was clutch! The kids were happy to swim in it vs going up to the pool. The walk up to snowflake lift took about 4 minutes. Most days we had someone staying with us drop us off at the top. The ski back in is easy with almost no poling required. We loved being in between peak 8 and peak 9. Only major concern was the lack of cookware. Considering we had small children, we cooked and ate in every night and also for lunch each day. Pots/pans were very old, some unusable. Also lack of utensils, bowls, etc. However, that is an easy fix and it was overall a great stay.

Excellent summer location-Condo needs some TLC

Check in was easy. Communication was great. The location couldn't be beat for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). The walk to Main St. was fast, safe and easy. The back patio has a beautiful view and some privacy(end unit). The rooms were great. The hot tub was great (head cushions fall off a lot). The house was just as described. This place could be better inside with a little effort and time. While the location was excellent, the condo didn't make us feel confident in area of cleanliness. I will preface with none of the cleanliness issues were a huge deal to us; nothing needed immediate attention. Everything was surface clean, but there were things that became noticeable that made it feel dirtier than it is (hopefully). Some areas (like bathrooms) could use fresh paint and caulk in showers. Patching a wall and painting the patch a completely different color than the other walls looks awful, kitchen floor needs a deep clean; there was dried food on the floor, but kitchen is well stocked. Toaster and coffee pot didn't work. The basement bathroom has no drain cover in the shower & every board game was missing most pieces or destroyed. Again, it was a GREAT location. With a week dedicated to updates & maintenance, it would be perfect and look cared for. Lastly, we LOVED opening the window at night for cool air-there are no screens but shockingly 0 bugs! Screens would have been nice but no biggie. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great Location, Very Comfortable, 3 Bedrooms and a Bunk Room Space

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset #4. The location is great! We loved skiing in each evening, and in the mornings we drove the kids and the gear up the the lift (it's a long walk for kids in boots, but fine for adults) and my husband would park the car at the condo and walk up to meet us. Super close walk to town as well and also right on the free shuttle line. We loved the hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked and it was GREAT having two rooms with king size beds so the two adult couples were both comfortable. It was also really nice to have two family room spaces. The main floor for grown ups and the basement for kids. We cooked dinner in every night and saved a ton of money and stress trying to navigate town with kids. There is a large pantry closet that was empty and easily fit all of our food for 10 people. We spent lots of time hanging on the sofa, enjoying the view of the ski run and watching tv or playing games. It would have been helpful to know that the 4th bedroom isn't really a separate room. From the pictures I assumed two family rooms and 4 separate bedrooms, but the 4th "bedroom" is really an alcove in the basement with 2 bunk beds that is part of the basement living room space. We were planning to have our 5th adult use the basement living room sofa bed, but we didn't realize she would have to tiptoe around the kids at night to go to bed or might be woken up at dawn when the kids were up early. The owners did provide a folding screen to divide the spaces, but that doesn't help much with noise. That said, we shifted plans and made it work, but it would have been helpful to know that that "4th bedroom" is the entire basement and includes the 2nd living room space. The condo had some nice updates: updated kitchen, nice tile floors by the entryways, comfortable beds! We did share with management some maintenance issues, but nothing terrible, just the usual signs of wear and tear.

We were able to walk to everything, coffee, food, shopping, groceries all less than half a miles walk from the front door. The rental is very spacious and had plenty of room for five grown men. As far as the unit itself is does need some tlc. I imagine renting out to folks constantly is difficult to maintain a property, but with a little bit of work this could be a 5 star rental no doubt.

Fantastic, if you prioritize location and private hot tub.

Fantastic place if you are prioritizing private hot tub, location to town and the proximity to the lift and last run of the day. It was clean and everything was functional. I agree with the other reviews that there were many minor things that should be fixed- but none of them interfered with our enjoyment of the condo. The basement was a great space for our teenagers- lots of beds along with a couch and tv area. Would definitely stay again.

House is in need of maintenance

The shower on the upper floor has a handle that falls off when you try and us it. The bathroom on the main floor has a handle on the sink that falls off if you use it. The lower floor has a broken light switch. The refrigerator has a blown light bulb. The outside grill is missing the knob for the center grill. The TV in the upper bedroom does not tune to any channels. These are all minor issues, however they need to be fixed. All could be fixed in a day and this place would be great.

Perfect ski-in property

We would rent this again for sure. It was everything we wanted for skiing, shopping, eating and personal space though we were a two generation family of five. The jacuzzi was definitely value added!!! Overall the place was clean and very comfortable. It just needs a "traditional spring cleaning" to get to dust that accumulates behind the scenes.

Breck has a lot of great restaurants that are easily accessible. It was an easy ski in off 4 o'clock run, but sort of a up hill to the Snowflake lift. The condo for being beautifully remodeled, is not up to date, there are a lot of issues with things. The carpet is coming up, the bathroom shower handle and toilet seat were not secured. The washer/dryer nob was broken. The kitchen faucet doesn't work properly. The kitchen was stocked well. The hot tub did not work at all while we were there. The management company tried to facilitate this but was not helpful. When we asked for part of our money back, it was difficult to get them to reimburse us. The community hot tub was a cold, far walk and was very crowded.

Great location, easy walk to town

The place is nice, but for a newly remodel there were a lot of things broken - towel racks, dead lights. The place checks all the boxes though for us for a long summer weekend. Easy walk to town and plenty of space for our crew. If you have more than one cat, you’ll need to park it near the airport road, the place only allows for one car.
