Imagine arriving at your gated vacation retreat to find a stunning, newly remodeled single-level home on a one-acre lot in La Jolla with a private, wholly resurfaced, and entirely lighted tennis court. A pickleball set is provided so you can choose which game to play. A saltwater pool, firepit, children's playhouse, and gardens of fruit trees and roses all add to the ambiance of this private vacation home for a quiet, relaxing getaway. A grass yard and a large, wonderfully appointed lanai for outdoor eating, a barbecue, and several lounging areas allow you to easily meld indoor and outdoor living to your liking at any given moment.
Enter this updated 2,426-square-foot home and find yourself in a large wraparound great room that feels both luxurious and wonderfully spacious. An exquisite bright living area with slider access to the patio has comfortable seating where you can relax and recharge. Meals can be enjoyed in an elegant dining room, in the sunroom overlooking the garden, or outdoors on the patio under the lanai. A bright, modern kitchen has all you need to create meals at home. The large kitchen island makes it easy for several to prepare and cook together. The main bedroom features a large TV, a seating nook, and an en suite bath with a beautiful view of the spacious backyard. One guest bedroom also has a TV, and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for comfort. The family room also has a large TV and a queen sofa bed.
Bonus amenities include central air-conditioning, a laundry room, and a gated, stone-paved circular driveway. Windansea Beach, La Jolla Cove, and La Jolla Village, with world-class shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes' drive if you venture outside your retreat and enjoy the many attractions of La Jolla and the greater San Diego area. *This home's pool and spa heating system does not allow both amenities to be heated simultaneously. Because of the pool's large size and deep depth, the heating costs are higher than in other homes. Heating is not required, though.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are three active, exterior security cameras: one above the front door facing the street, one above the BBQ in the left patio, and one above the common patio area outside the living room.
