We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is well appointed and comfortable, the back yard is amazing. We couldn't spend enough time out there enjoying the view!

Great home, view, yard & beach. Softest grass ever on short path to sitting area by beach. Barefoot friendly. Loved the well stocked home and beautiful yard. Best family vacation place

The perfect oasis

From day one of renting this property Annalee was very attentive. The views are spectacular, the house is a very cozy beach vibe. My family and I can not wait to rent this house again next year.

Beautiful location and excellent amenities.

This is probably our favorite property so far. Wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the inlet and just watch the boats go by. We even saw some orcas swing by one evening. Host is very communicative and the house was furnished and stocked well for our stay. Would not hesitate to come back to this property.

Perfect house and location for our needs!

We had family in town for a few days and wanted a convenient location from SeaTac and to the list of several things we wanted to do in the area. This was a perfect find! The house felt like home, great outdoor living spaces and relaxing view of the water. The kids loved it. And the walkable neighborhood has just the right amount of good restaurants and shops without being too crowded.

Excellent place for a writing retreat

Five of us came for a writing-intensive retreat, and the Manette Cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, essentials like olive oil, etc. The beds were comfy, and it was very quiet (except for a little early morning construction next door one of the days--not something the host can control). The view is tranquil and there are nice walks to do in the neighborhood. Very convenient from the ferry.

The Manette house in Bremerton

The property was just as advertized. Our family of 6 adults and 2 children loved the house, yard and water venue. The interior was very comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was there and even a bit more. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Manatte district of Bremerton. The hostess was attentive to our needs and so helpful at check in and checkout details. We will be staying there again.

High School Reunion

My three friends and I are all turning 60 this year and found the absolute perfect place to spend time together! This house had amazing seating areas outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Also the layout of the home gave us each enough privacy and room for us to spread out. Bremerton is an adorable time where we could walk to restaurants and a few cute little shops. It was close enough to drive or ferry over to Seattle but far enough away to get away from the hustle of the city

Wow just wow.

Closed out 2023 and woke to a new year and a new day at this lovely location. Anna was a superb host and opened up and shared the home with us as it was our own. Cupboards were stocked, linens were cozy, ambiance of the lighting and fireplaces added that extra touch of romantic spark for our family to snuggle in and enjoy the stay. We loved the location, we walked to the city museums, the state park, local bakeries and neighborhood PUBs. We'd love to come back. Thank you for taking good care of us.

FANTASTIC VRBO!!!

From the beginning, communication was spot on. Host was VERY gracious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great stay. We worried that a couple hotel rooms would be bland and sterile, so we wanted to get a more "home like" atmosphere. We hit the jackpot, because this felt like home immediately. Host stayed in touch all the way to and through check-in to make sure we were taken care of. Any little questions that we may have had were easily answered and we never had a worry through our week-long stay. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and drinks... Bathrooms were clean and stocked with all kinds of items (even stuff you might have forgotten to pack!) Bedrooms were perfect and comfy. But... the best part was the back yard. It was the perfect way to wake up with a morning coffee. As soon as we checked out, we were already missing it! If we're ever back up in the area, we're DEFINITELY staying here again!

Beautiful home on the water

If you are looking for a lovely property in walking distance to restaurants, a local grocery/convenience store you found it. The house is from the 1940s or so and has been updated. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with same downstairs. The back yard slopes down to the Narrows and in low tide it’s fun to look for shells. The Bremerton Ferry is about a 20 minute walk. No negatives for our group. The AC was all good until it got way up one day. It got to a nice temperature at night and mostly it did the job. If you come to this area in the summer you any AC. The host was wonderful and gave good detailed instructions.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. The back yard is spectacular. A game of corn-hole followed by a fire in the fire pit near the water was perfect. Watching the wild life swim and fly by was an added bonus. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Near a lot of things. We greatly appreciated the hospitality. Definitely would stay again!’n

A Piece of Heaven in Bremerton

I wanted a special place to stay for my son who is in the Navy and chose this home. The pictures don’t do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sweet owner. The fridge was stocked and there was even a piece of freshly caught salmon in the freezer. As we entered the home there was beautiful music playing and the home smelled like a spa. The beds were comfortable and the home is beautifully furnished. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets and the boats going by.

Recharging and Inspiring Views

Amazing property and wonderful host. The views cannot be beat! Right on the water with beach access while the majestic Olympic Mountains tower on the horizon. Staying here gave are whole family a recharge that was greatly needed. House was comfy and perfectly decorated, well stocked, and clean. Great outdoor living spaces with giant BBQ. A must stay for the Bremerton area.

Golf trip family relaxation

This property is awesome! It is a perfect location close to the golf courses and dinning. While I golfed with a group, mother and daughter hung out and enjoyed the waterfront property and spectacular views! AnnaLee is an amazing host, she met us at the property, gave us a tour, and provided everything we could have possibly needed to start our vacation! I would recommend this property to anyone!
