This 2nd floor, coastal-style villa is just moments from the beach with serene lagoon views off the back patio. The living room has expansive windows offering lots of natural light, vaulted ceiling, large wall-mounted smart TV, sectional sofa and two chairs. Off the living room is the dining area with table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and additional bar seating for four. The patio door off the back of the living and dining area leads to a deck overlooking the lagoon with beautiful views of Lowcountry wildlife. There is an electric grill on porch.

The master bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted smart TV, views of the lagoon, and private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom features two double beds, smart TV, and bathroom with tub/shower combination.

This Huntington villa offers the best of both worlds – so close to the ocean you can smell the salt air, but setback just enough to enjoy your own serenity on the lagoon.
