8133 Wendover Dunes is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located within Palmetto Dunes in an attractive villa complex within a short 5-minute walk to the beach. This newly remodeled villa has an open floor plan and is tastefully furnished with a decorator’s touch.

Enter the villa into the foyer and you will find the new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout that is a welcome enhancement. To the right is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. To the left is the bright, open kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a round glass table that seats four. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings including two beige sofas (one is a queen sleeper), two brown leather rockers, and a 46” SMART TV with DVD player in a very nice entertainment center. Access to the large, wraparound, screened porch with ceiling fans is a great place for relaxing with the landscaped views. There is a round table for four, two rocking chairs, a chair with ottoman, and a patio sofa.

Behind the living room is the first of two master suites featuring a king size bed, tray ceiling, rich gold walls, 32” cable TV in the armoire, walk-in closet, and private access to the screened-in porch. The private master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Off the foyer and down the hall is where the other two bedrooms are located.
