Watch the life of Maui unfold from the morning till evening from your private 114 sq foot private view deck. Premium condo suite located near the pool area. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer.
Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There were 5 of us so we utilized the pull down bed and the pull out bed for our kids. The kids found both very comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a fully functional kitchen/living experience and had umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys beach towels etc...There was a great cross breeze between the Lanai and bedroom window that kept it comfortable and cool especially during the night so AC use for us was minimal. Pool was great and condo complex had lots of games and tennis courts for shared use. Talented live band in the courtyard Tuesday evening you can enjoy up close or from the comfort of the Lanai. Beach area not great for swimming but great for relaxing and watching sea life. (The best thing about Maui is getting out and exploring its beauty anyways) Bathrooms are small but not a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This resort is nice because it's low key - some people live here year-round, others are vacationers. Very good for families, and near shopping to stock up your condo's kitchen. The open area that the lanais look on to is very nice, a big putting green, if you will. The ocean is somewhat blocked by palm trees unless you are in the units facing the ocean. I like that they enforce quiet hours, from 10pm to 8am daily, so you aren't disturbed by hotel staff doing maintenance, etc. too early in the day.

We would rent a suite closer to the front of this property next time. We will keep Maui Sunset in mind when we return to Maui as the grounds and beach are wonderful. Maui Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the property at 1am after a long day of traveling. Within 5 min of pulling into the condo parking lot a security guard was on scene to check on us. Very helpful in getting us to our unit and describing the local area for getting around. As a family traveling with children it made us feel very safe. Condo was immaculate and had a fantastic layout. Plenty of cooking utensils and silverware. The groundskeepers kept things ship shape without starting so early as to be annoying while on vacation. Lots of amenities to keep you entertained: Tennis, putting green, shuffle board, pool, hot tub, endless grass, & oh yeah the BEACH! Great location to get to tourist activities but not right in the middle of all the crazy busy traffic. Terrific place to go make memories, you won't be disappointed :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and great for two of us. We were in a x04 room which was too close tot he road and there was road noise. I would not stay in a number under x08 next trip.My only real issue was the incredibly old and noisy AC units especially in the bedroom. I cannot sleep with that kind of racket right over my head. The ceiling fans rotated too slow to leave the AC off this trip.
