White Sands Village#231 is a beautiful addition to Knutson & Associates Vacation Rental Inventory.

& New Sealy Posturpedic mattresses with adjustable bases!

This wonderful unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Kuakini Tower. Guests love this location because it's away from the busy traffic of Ali'i Drive!

Unit#231 has 997 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai! Beautiful Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the condo. No carpet! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#231 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & A King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Great place!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the area. The condo was beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. It was far enough away from the touristy hustle and bustle to really be relaxing. I miss the lanai and how enjoyable it was to sit outside while listening to the birds an viewing the ocean in the distance.

Quiet & Comfortable Stay

What a lovely property! The motorized and adjustable beds made falling asleep a dream. All the basics, like spices, oil, sugar, and tide pods, were a great help. There were lots of fresh towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for trips to the beach. They even had boogie boards and snorkels. All in all, we would stay again.

Fantastic Stay in Kona

The condo was clean and comfortable. The living room seating and beds were comfortable. The condo had plenty of cups, silverware, dishes and cookware. The large lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset. Parking was convenient to the elevator and the unit.

The living room was comfortable. We were able to relax and watch TV. The Lani is quite lovely, wonderful privacy and very comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice with a comfortable beds & nice beddings. Short walk to a cute little beach. Wonderful restaurant at walking distance. Just 30 minutes to the airport, which wasn’t too bad of a drive.

The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and all sorts of other fun beach stuff! The beds were so very comfortable! It was everything we would need. I was very happy with the condo! Please note, there is only one parking spot available, not two. If you have more that one car, one will have to park on the street.

In the unit are boogey boards, 3 beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. The white Sands Beach, a short walk, is amazing for relaxing or going for a swim with a beautiful sand bottom. We drove the entire island and this beach is in the top 3. Most of the island has no beach. Our dishwasher wasn’t working but no big deal. Just washed by hand. Knutson was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Overall we were very happy.

The condo was a perfect layout for 3 of us, including enough space when my husband became I’ll the day after we arrived! He had lots of room while we were out exploring the island. I also can’t say enough about Knutson and ***. Property Management team, especially Blake and Shyya Ha’o. Shyya stayed in touch with me when planning to meet my aunt, so she knew where to go. Everything was done and ready when she arrived before us. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you for helping to make this a great vacation, even with a sick spouse!

It was a great stay - so convenient to Magic Sands beach and snacks at Magics Beach Grill. Parking was easy. The lanai has a view of the ocean and feels very private with all the greenery right outside. Some of our friends stayed in downtown Kona for the race and we were grateful to be away from all the craziness but still close to the action. We got parked in at one point and I contacted Knutson and they got back to me almost immediately. No other issues. The unit is bright and cozy, not too fancy but very functional. It was great to have some beach gear including snorkels, chairs, and an umbrella.
