2br White Sands Village condo right at the beach

We are pleased to share our island home with you. It is located directly across from Magic Sands Beach, officially, Laʻaloa Bay, which is known for being one of the best Kona beaches for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, and scuba diving. There is a lifeguard on duty every day, plus a volleyball court and restrooms. Next door is Magics Beach Grill and a Bike kiosk.

The home is tastefully decorated. The well-equipped kitchen has all new appliances. We want you to feel at home while in paradise.

This first-floor condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central air conditioning and free WIFI.

The primary bedroom offers a King bed with a Beauty rest Black 16” mattress, and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a King bed or optionally two twin beds as well as a TV.

The resort complex provides a gorgeous, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, entertainment cabana with 4 barbecue grills, a game room with a pool table, and freshly renovated tennis and pickleball courts. A free shuttle bus to town stops right in front of the resort.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location, all the stocked items in the kitchen, the lanai and definitely appreciated the AC. The bed in the 2 nd bedroom was made into a king, as we requested. It was not that comfortable as it was two twins together with something in the middle. This made it uncomfortable and convex. We would still return here to stay. As seniors, grab bars in the bathroom would also be nice. They had snorkel equipment along with beach chairs, beach towels and everything we could have needed in the kitchen. Thank you for hosting us!!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Perfectly Located!I’m a very picky guest when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless. The appliances were all new and in great condition.The location was incredibly quiet, which I truly appreciated. It felt like a peaceful retreat, yet it was just steps away from White Sands Beach. Being able to walk there was a huge plus, especially since parking near the beach is nearly impossible. Just crossing the street and being on the sand in minutes was a dream!Another thoughtful detail was the covered parking. It kept the car cool and shaded. All in all, this stay was exactly what I needed—clean, calm, and convenient. I’d absolutely return!

This property was perfect for a week as a family traveling. We took day trips from here as well as cooked a lot of meals in the space. Everything we needed for a week of holiday. The space and property is grated towards quiet folks (do not stay here if you want late nights or boisterous hangs). We have little kids under 10 so it was great for us. There are rules it be mindful of as you navigate common spaces - definitely read those upon arrival. The condo was in great shape! The lania was facing the pool with a partial view of the ocean. Go out for evening rainbows! We saw several while we were there. Magic sands beach is across the very small road (easy to cross over and safe). We loved the location and easy commute to downtown (8 minute drive) or local eateries. Felt a little less touristy than the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Great Location Driving Distance to Awesomely Beaches

The condo is on a beautiful property. Communication was great.We were in driving distance of awesome beaches. My family enjoyed the pool, hotub and gas grill in the evenings. I am a lap swimmer and there is a 25 yard pool to lap swim free to guests

Enjoyed Respite in Paradise

Very clean and comfortable. The lanai was great, with the exception of tiny ants crawling on the furniture out there. Probably just a little spray will eliminate that. Overall, it was a breath of fresh air.

Great Location and Comfy Condo

The condo is across the street from a small beach park called Magic Sands or White Sands Beach. In the winter the sands go away from some time, we are told, and come back a few weeks later. Winter is storm season in the Pacific so the waves can be bigger and more stunning to watch. The condo itself is just as described, lots of helpful items for enjoying the beach are at hand, and the management was very responsive and helpfiul.

The place was very nice and quiet. The location was good and close to the beach if you didn’t want to go to the pool. The trolley bus goes right by the condo so you can get to town if you want. The place has all the stuff to make meals for dinning in. Would stay there again if we were to go back.

Very comfortable condo with everything you need for your stay. We definitely used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels! The lanai was a favorite hang out spot. Location was very close to everything we wanted to see or do. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay

The property is clean and quiet. Adequately stocked. Location is great as there is a beach across the street and town is just a ten minute drive. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the water heater is too small for the three of us to shower back to back. Even if the first two showers are quick, there’s not enough hot water for the third. Being a small tank, it does recover quickly. Would stay again.
