Welcome to your new favorite condo on Isle of Palms! This fantastic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condo is on the second floor, giving you stunning Atlantic views, as well as easy access to all the best things to do on the isle—a lifeguarded beach, the county park with picnicking amenities, beach shopping, ice cream shops, restaurants, and local nightlife. The Sea Cabin Condominiums truly have it all, as you'll also enjoy use of the resort-style pool and fishing pier—what more could you want for a perfect isle vacation?

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are 490 square feet and are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

Bed Layout:
Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV.
There is a queen sofa-bed in the Living Room.
The hallway consists of amazing Twin sized Murphy beds that pull down from the wall - with really comfortable mattresses!

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Very clean. Great location. Was not able to connect to the internet. The WiFi did not show up as active. Could not find the router to reset. Didn’t really miss it much but tv was offline for streaming.

This place is great! Just as described and pictured. We kept busy at the beautiful beach and pool and were able to walk for our meals. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we're in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Easy access to beach and pool as well as close by restaurants and shops that you can walk to. Parking lot easy and convenient. Condo was clean and nicely decorated and fit two adults and three kids. Would stay again.

Great Location, nice remodel, close to beach

My daughter and I had a nice March weekend getaway in this condo! The location is great! Multiple restaurants within walking distance, and the grocery store is even walkable if you don’t mind crossing the main road. The weather was a little chilly but we had beach chairs delivered to the beach. You order them online the day before. We also enjoyed sitting at the pool as well. The exterior of the Sea Cabins are a little dated in spots, but overall the exterior has been well maintained and clean, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants is perfect! The remodel has been nicely done and the Murphy bunk beds are a great touch! Folded up, you will have an extra wide hall and entry or flipped out, you will have 2 twin beds. I was surprised at how easy they are to pull down and flip back up. The kitchen and bath are very nice!The keypad to get in the unit is easy to use, but you may want to test out the locking feature. I think we accidentally slept with it unlocked the first night, but that being said, it’s a safe area and felt so comfortable there that it didn’t really bother us. Usually we are on high alert when traveling alone, but the Sea Cabins were quiet and all the guests seemed friendly. We were very relaxed there and would definitely stay again!!!

Small, but updated

This property; while being non-smoking as a rental, is surrounded by people who smoke non-stop. We couldn’t enjoy the patio or use the screen door while neighbors were chain smoking. It’s definitely not a place for more than 2 people. Updates were nice though and the place was clean.

Great family getaway spot!

Our family had a wonderful stay! Perfect location with a nice view, as well as close and easy access to the beach and pool. Close proximity to the grocery store and nice restaurants, and a short drive into Charleston. Would have loved a list of recommendations for shops, restaurants, chair/umbrella/bike rentals, etc.

This was a great place to stay that allowed to be by the beach, but close enough to see our son at the Citadel with numerous trips back and forth. Will try to find again next time we come out for an extended stay.

Awesome getaway

This was our second time staying in a Carol realty property and we have had amazing experiences. We loved being so close to the ocean and having a pier we could fish off of. The pool was clean and refreshing and we enjoyed the community and shops and food.

Room was very clean & organized, property was very clean and quiet at nighttime. Access to the pool, beach, and laundry room very nice. The only thing that the room needs is a few more pics of the balcony and the room doesn’t have a iron / ironing board, but outside of that it was an awesome trip.

Just what the Doctor ordered!!

My wife and 2 daughters had an amazing and relaxing trip to IOP and this condo was perfect. New appointments and decorations made it feel cozy and clean, and you cannot beat the view and location! Can walk to IOP restaurants or a short drive to Sullivan's Island, Mt, Pleasant & Charleston. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Visiting from AZ for a week before moving daughter onto campus. Condo was VERY clean and accomodations were perfect for 3 adults. Lots of dining options within walking distance and easy beach access. Had to make trip to the realtor's ofc for add'l parking pass and they were very accomodating; the receptionist was lovely and provided many tips on local things to do. Overall had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay! Wiuld book again for sure!

We have been to IOP several times usually twice a year but had never stayed anywhere on the oceanfront. This condo has been updated and everything was as listed the decor is very beautiful. The only bad thing was that is does seem a little cramped as far as the bedroom and bathroom.

The condo was very clean and matched the description. The property management company were extremely friendly and prompt on responding to our messages. The reason for 4 stars is the check in process. They ask you to download a specific app with the property information and passcodes but we found they communicate important check in, door entry codes, pool gate codes, and beach gate codes updates via email. So, the app did not have accurate information. This was a bit frustrating and rather confusing. However, the property management company was very quick in response and proving needed information. We felt like the app needed to be synced to update the code changes.

The condo was beautifully decorated and as advertised. I didn't understand why the realty company made us stop by their office to pick up a key that was just a code to the door. Felt like an unnecessary inconvenience. Only other item is that the sliding door to the deck was virtually impossible to open with the foot lock.

November at Isle of Palms

The bathroom updates with the walk-in shower was great. The Murphy beds in the hall were a good size and comfortable. You have to be careful not to hurt yourself on the metal legs that protrude out from the Murphy bed into the hallway. I whacked myself and ended up tying a towel over the sharp protrusion to keep from hitting it again and again as we passed down the hall. The kitchen was very up to date and had everything that we needed. The lighting is not the greatest for reading. There are no lamps in the large room leaving you with only the overhead light that can be dimmed but not adequate for reading the old school way (book). The bedroom also had no reading lamps. There were two mood lights that did not provide adequate light for reading a book in bed. We chose this unit because of the updated bathroom and the Murphy beds. I thought that it was expensive for this time of year but we were with a large kayaking and hiking group that stayed at the Sea Cabins and we wanted to be with the group and comfortable. We have stayed in the Sea Cabins before and the unit that we stayed in previously was dirty and needing to be renovated. I said that it was like camping indoors. We had great weather and it was great to be able to walk to restaurants nearby.

Don't come here with kids- not kid friendly

Borderline dangerous. Doors didn't lock. Front door did not lock inside. It was a handle turn whereas all interior doors are knobs, our toddler easily opened the front door and try to get out. it did lock to the outside. We had to brace it with something heavy as we were basically told there was nothing they were going to do about it. Remembering the code was kind of a pain. Back door was door broken(off the track and locks were broken off), took maintenance 6-8 hours to come fix it. The AC only goes down to 70 degrees. Many breakable objects for decor had to be put up in cupboards. Don't come here with small kids or anyone without the mental capacity to know outside or glass could be dangerous. Other than all that, the property was clean and newly renovated. Short walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Overall 3-4 stars, unit manager response time is about 2 hours and you'll have to leave multiple messages before anyone calls you back. They also don't really give you enough towels either for the duration of the trip. I think we had 4 for a 4 day trip with two adults and one child. The linens were adequate in quality just not in quantity.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
