Enjoy this beautiful, newly renovated oceanside escape when you reserve this amazing one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located right in the middle of Isle of Palms! This terrific condo is part of the Sea Cabin Condominiums and enjoys access to a private fishing pier and community amenities, such as a large oceanside pool and kiddie pool. When you stay at this marvelous property, you'll have the perfect beach vacation!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:

The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
This property is conveniently located on the first level, which is easily accessible but has a few steps. As you enter this bright, sunny hallway, you'll find two very comfortable twin-sized Murphy beds that fold out from the wall - this was a big investment and certainly makes this condo stand out from other condos. It gives your group additional sleeping space—the kids really love the bunks but an adult can sleep on them as well since they are full size compared to the much smaller, older style bunks that most other Sea Cabins have. The area also closes off for privacy from the living room, giving you the benefit of having an extra room-like area!

As you make your way into the fully equipped and updated kitchen, will be pleasantly surprised at the spacious, bright living area with wall to wall glass doors opening up to a private balcony., allowing you to make your own family dinners, or snacks to take along while exploring the isle. Additional perks include use of a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig! A cozy breakfast bar offers up three seats, while the living area is furnished with two plush couches and a coffee table and allowing you to enjoy a cozy movie night or put! The property also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected on your various devices.

Wether you choose to have your coffee in the morning on the balcony, or perhaps enjoy a cocktail at sunset, it does not get much better than this where you get the views of the ocean and hear the sound of the waves. The living room is furnished with a large streaming TV and the bedroom has a small personal TV.

When you stay at Sea Cabins, you'll enjoy a central location to all the best of Isle of Palms, from local nightlife to beach shopping, and ice cream shops for the kids. Within walking distance to restaurants, the Isle of Palms County Park, and more, you'll find there's never a dull moment! Added convenience of nearby grocery stores, and a post office complete everything you need for a sublime beach vacation!

If you enjoy a round of golf, playing tennis, pickleball, sport fishing, surfing or water sports, this is the best location you can find with everything close by.

Bed Layout:
Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV.
The hallway consists of amazing Twin sized Murphy beds that pull down from the wall - with really comfortable mattresses!

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This condo also rents monthly in the winter!! Please contact us if interested.

​​​​​​The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Great location.Furniture in the rental is old and generally uncomfortable.The bedroom is small. Consequently, the bed takes up the majority of the space. There is only twelve inches between the walls and the bed.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling that made my friend sick. There were dried boogers stuck on the wall by the bunk beds. No blow dryerNo spatula for cooking No blinds to cover front door window. No beach towels available. We like the location. Amount of cooking supplies were helpful. Beach chairs and umbrella were helpful. Pool facilities were nice. Free parking.

Great place to stay for a quick girls trip! Very short walk to the beach. Great pool with attached building / restroom. Living room was spacious and included 1 pull out sofa. Bunk beds were a good size for an adult and were comfortable. Entire condo was very clean. Quiet area; easy walking distance to restaurants, little shops, and grocery/liquor store. Private pier was a nice spot to enjoy the view or watch others fish.

Great Location

We loved the location and it offered what everyone enjoys from relaxing to fishing and great restaurants. It’s all in walking distance. The only thing we had trouble with was the master bedroom TV which was hooked up wrong and the tight space between the fold out beds and wall. Other then that it was good and regardless of the tightness we would stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. There were things that could have helped us make it a little better. The parking was a bit difficult for my children that visited on my birthday and my husband that needed his car too. We live in Charleston and needed to go back and forth to feed dog. Also there were a few things we had a hard time figuring out it like how to open bunk beds and how to get to top bunk, my granddaughter and grandson wanted to spend the night on my birthday..no ladder. The microwave stopped working as well on day 3 but didn’t find the phone # posted on side of fridge for these issues till day of departure. Another phone # on front of fridge was called instead but was for emergencies only.

Good location, not much else

Location was fantastic right on the beach, parking was easy and close to both the beach and the room. However the check in is at 4 and check out was 10. The room was tiny very tiny, there were two coffee makers but no coffee, the whole place smelled musty like laundry that sat wet for days. The HVAC did not blow at all in the bedroom, it was freezing outside of the room and unbearably hot inside. There is a pier, private beach access, and a pool but no codes were provided for us to access so they were useless. Overall the location is fantastic, not much else positive.

You know it’s a bad sign when


When we entered the stairwell to go to our room there was a huge ashtray urn that was loaded with cigarette butts.This unit needs to be refurbished. The furniture is old and pretty dirty. The bathroom was adequate but really old school and not very clean. The bedroom is so small that in a queen size bed you could touch each wall without any trouble. There was no place to unpack our Suitcases except for on the bed.

Quick weekend

Property was very nice. Quick access to the beach and the town is walkable. The room itself was as described. Only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. Upon arrival there were several dead cockroaches around the condo and some live one running around during our stay.

Unit was nice overall; wonderful location. The bottom Murphy bed was difficult to pull down, which made it difficult to use. The tv in the bedroom would turn on, but didn’t work at all while we were there, which was disappointing.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 3 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
