Enjoy this beautiful, newly renovated oceanside escape when you reserve this amazing one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located right in the middle of Isle of Palms! This terrific condo is part of the Sea Cabin Condominiums and enjoys access to a private fishing pier and community amenities, such as a large oceanside pool and kiddie pool. When you stay at this marvelous property, you'll have the perfect beach vacation!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:

The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
This property is conveniently located on the first level, which is easily accessible but has a few steps. As you enter this bright, sunny hallway, you'll find two very comfortable twin-sized Murphy beds that fold out from the wall - this was a big investment and certainly makes this condo stand out from other condos. It gives your group additional sleeping space—the kids really love the bunks but an adult can sleep on them as well since they are full size compared to the much smaller, older style bunks that most other Sea Cabins have. The area also closes off for privacy from the living room, giving you the benefit of having an extra room-like area!

As you make your way into the fully equipped and updated kitchen, will be pleasantly surprised at the spacious, bright living area with wall to wall glass doors opening up to a private balcony., allowing you to make your own family dinners, or snacks to take along while exploring the isle. Additional perks include use of a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig! A cozy breakfast bar offers up three seats, while the living area is furnished with two plush couches and a coffee table and allowing you to enjoy a cozy movie night or put! The property also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected on your various devices.

Wether you choose to have your coffee in the morning on the balcony, or perhaps enjoy a cocktail at sunset, it does not get much better than this where you get the views of the ocean and hear the sound of the waves. The living room is furnished with a large streaming TV and the bedroom has a small personal TV.

When you stay at Sea Cabins, you'll enjoy a central location to all the best of Isle of Palms, from local nightlife to beach shopping, and ice cream shops for the kids. Within walking distance to restaurants, the Isle of Palms County Park, and more, you'll find there's never a dull moment! Added convenience of nearby grocery stores, and a post office complete everything you need for a sublime beach vacation!

If you enjoy a round of golf, playing tennis, pickleball, sport fishing, surfing or water sports, this is the best location you can find with everything close by.

Bed Layout:
Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV.
The hallway consists of amazing Twin sized Murphy beds that pull down from the wall - with really comfortable mattresses!

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This condo also rents monthly in the winter!! Please contact us if interested.

​​​​​​The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Quick weekend

Property was very nice. Quick access to the beach and the town is walkable. The room itself was as described. Only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. Upon arrival there were several dead cockroaches around the condo and some live one running around during our stay.

Great location!

Though this property has obviously been around for a while, we appreciated how clean and well kept up everything was. We loved the proximity to the ocean, and the salt water pool was fantastic. This was perfect for two people.

Location was amazing and right on the beach. The Murphy beds were perfect for my 17 and 15 year old. Property was clean and had everything you needed in a kitchen. Highly recommend!

Unit was nice overall; wonderful location. The bottom Murphy bed was difficult to pull down, which made it difficult to use. The tv in the bedroom would turn on, but didn’t work at all while we were there, which was disappointing.

Cute little unit, great location. Only negatives are 1) the lumpy, uncomfortable mattress with extremely noisy old boxsprings; 2) bedroom windows need blackout curtains due to streetlights illuminating the room far too much for good sleep; 3) fridge with rust inside & out.

Great Location

Property was in a great location and within walking distance from most places. Clean and quiet, my only issue with the entire stay was when we first walked into the condo it had a very bad musty smell. Sprayed Frebreeze once and it was good. Not sure if an old mop was used or not. Everything was clean and thats what matters the most to me and bug free!! The grey sofa is one of the most comfortable sofas I've sat on!

Great quick get-a-way.

Property was exactly what we needed for a quick 2 night get a way. Location is great with restaurants, pier, beach access, and ice cream for the kids. The twin size murphy beds were well liked by the kids. Only improvement would be better internet. The internet was dropping the kids devices, weak, and hard to connect to. It wasn't strong enough to run our Firestick from the TV at night. Other units had much stronger signals and 5G, but we didn't have access to connect.

Great Vacation

Property Management was so helpful and friendly with lots of help not just with the property, but with suggestions and help in the area. Very quick to respond. The property was clean and had all amenities. Easy access to beach and onsite pool. Although the property is small and does not have washer and dryer in the unit, the bed was comfortable and the pull out twin Murphy beds were a great addition to have rather than the bunk beds other units have. The unit was big enough for my husband, myself and our toddler granddaughter. She loved it and didn’t want to leave!!! Roku TV in the living room provided entertainment in the evening. The TV in bedroom did not have streaming or many available channel options but we were only in there to sleep so that wasn’t necessary. We have stayed in Sea Cabin Villas several times with our children over the years and by far this unit is our favorite. It was great staying with our granddaughter and starting new memories with the next generation.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 3 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
