Perfect Oceanfront Condo w/Stunning Ocean View! Community Pool, Fishing Pier!
Welcome to the Sea Cabin Condominiums, the most perfect little condo complex in Isle of Palms, S.C., with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and a prime location for experiencing the best of the island life, from local nightlife to ice cream shops. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit boasts a third-floor location, offering stunning coastal scenery just outside your windows!
All reservations will require an independent Vacation Rental Agreement.
Things to know prior to booking your stay:
- The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. - Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. - All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! - Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. There are no elevators at the Seas Cabins. - Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! - Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass. - The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. - No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. - No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. - This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
When you step into the unit, you'll find a charming entry hallway, with two small built-in bunk beds along the wall. It's a great spot for the kids to claim as their own, and there's a door to close off the space for additional privacy, essentially creating a bonus room! Here you'll also find the full-bathroom, which offers a trendy, clean look and a shower-tub combo.
Journey down the hallway and you'll enter the open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The entire space offers a redone, polished feel, with a welcoming vibe that invites you to make the space your own beachy home-away-from-home. The fully equipped kitchen is available for all your vacation cooking needs, whether it's simple snacks to pack along to the beach or a home cooked meal with a fresh catch from the complex's private fishing pier. The kitchen also offers convenient counter seating with two stools, and a Mr. Coffee coffee pot!
The living space is cozy and inviting with a mounted flat screen TV. Here you can easily eat your meals while putting on your favorite show or set out snacks for a movie night after an eventful day at the beach.
Just outside the living area, through sliding glass doors, you'll find the highlight of the property, the ocean-facing third-level balcony. Furnished with a quaint high-top bistro set, you can spend morning, noon, and night out here, enjoying your favorite beverages and taking your meals with views of the Atlantic. The complex also has use of a shared pool!
Back inside, you'll find the single bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed, along with a mounted flat screen TV, making it the ultimate retreat.
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are 500 square feet share a Community Pool (including a kiddie pool), Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
Bed Layout: Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV. The hallway consists of a bunk bed built-in to the wall - perfect for small children under 100 pounds! The modern couch cushions can convert to a double pull-out futon, as the couch is L shaped
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
This condo also rents in the winter for around $3000/month!! Please contact us if interested.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

My husband and I rented this condo for our honeymoon. It was so perfect! It was the perfect size for two adults. The entire condo was very clean and nothing was broken. The exterior of the complex could use some updating. The private beach access was at the end of the parking lot and very convenient. We stayed on the third floor and there is no elevator, but that didn't affect us. It was a perfect honeymoon!

Great location, right on the beach and close to all of the activity of the island. Perfect for 2 people, would be tight with more than that though. Our gate code to the beach did not work. We reached out to the property manager via VRBO but never received a reply. Luckily there were other guests at the gate so we were able to use.

It was a rainy weekend, thankfully they got the condo cleaned a little earlier for us, we only had a few hours of sunshine to enjoy. I would say the condo was nice, the sheetrock in the bathroom was falling above shower head, and had many cracks. The outside of the door looked like it need new paint and had rust around the handle area. Overall nice place! The parking lot flooded all weekend. There were no drains, so you couldn't wear shoes because the water was ankle deep and above in some areas. This flooding of the parking lot made for some misery. Some sort of french drain would help when the excess rain comes.

We arrived late and were able to unload and go straight to our room- perfect!
The walk to the beach was so easy and we could even stop by the car to get items we didn’t want to pack up to our cabin.
The shower/ foot wash was temperamental and the one right next to the building steps didn’t work at all.
The pool was nice and had quite a few chairs but little to no shade.
The room its self was pretty adorable although there was obvious evidence of some water damage under the sink and in the bedroom closet that emitted a mildew/ mold smell.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the ability to walk to get lunch or supper and even check out a couple of little beach shops just across the street!

Second time at Sea Cabins / different units
We love this location. The most important thing to us is a clean unit. We didn’t feel dirty in this unit but the vinyl floors are long over due for a good scrubbing. Beds, couch, and bathroom were clean and our only complaint would’ve been the main floors and then the A/C going out our last day. Thank you for the refund for this day. It truly was miserable last night. Got up to 84 in the room overnight and we went to our had (2) desktop fans to blow on each of us. Otherwise a great week with hot beach weather. Thank you!

Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
