We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved it being right on the beach and the pools. Awesome place and plenty of room for 7 of us to stay comfortably. Enjoyed the screened in porch.

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is not worth the price. The house need some updating. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off, the shower poured water on the floor, the house was nasty (hair in the beds, hair in the shower, the wash machine was nasty, the baseboards were so dirty). Overall I would not recommend this house.

Great home, had it all

We just finished a weeklong stay at Summer’s End with six adults and one infant. We absolutely loved the location; the beach access was perfect, and we spent each morning and evening sitting on the screen porch and balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the spaces in the house were very comfortable and fit our family’s needs nicely. One small suggestion would be addressing the dishwasher, as the front wheels are missing on the bottom rack, making it difficult to move. However, the house has a wonderful feel to it with lots of natural light and comfortable gathering spots. We truly enjoyed our stay and made many special family memories!

Wonderful “Day at the Beach” at Summer’s End

Had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my parents and our 3 young kids. The house was in a great location (close enough but away from the crowds). You need to bring your own detergent (laundry and dishwasher) as the house only provides enough for one load each. When staying a week, you’ll need to wash towels and your wet, sandy beach clothes. There is a good selection of beach chairs and sand toys in the closet downstairs. We had easy access to the beach and could walk or drive to the two neighborhood pools. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

The Good: The beach view is wonderful and it is so convenient to have your own boardwalk. We saw dolphins in the mornings. This was our first time staying in Fort Morgan and it was a nice change from the crowded beaches by the bigger condos in gulf shores. The beach was clean with no seaweed (August 2026) Plenty of room and seating inside for our group of 5.The Not as Good: The house could really use a deep clean, especially the floors and bathrooms. There was a roach in the upstairs bathroom. There are no curtains in the living room or upstairs king bedroom, for some reason, so it gets bright super early and there is a lack of privacy. There are a bunch of random TV remotes that need to be either repaired or thrown out- we could only get cable to work upstairs between 3 different remotes. It is worth noting you have to go up and down stairs every time you take your dogs out which was a bit of a hassle since our pups have to be carried. Overall this place is fine, but I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness for the price.

ok but house is very near to entrance of public beach access so had to set up umbrella early each morning to get a spot in front of our house. A little frustrating since we paid quite alot of money to be on the beach and not guaranteed a spot directly in front of our rental.

Great place to stay

The house was decorated very nicely and it was supplied with all kitchen equipment you need to cook and serve dinner. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. The house and location is perfect!

Being right on the beach with direct access was great! It was great to play with the dogs on the beach and wash them off outside. Our one and only complaint was the upstairs bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Peaceful dog friendly retreat

The house was decorated so cute, and we loved the back deck and screened in porch facing the beach. Perfect for morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach with the dogs in the morning and in the evenings.The coffee bar was a nice touch, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of parking, and a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. Several fun beach restaurants nearby.
