Any attempt to do so will result in immediate eviction from the premises without eligibility for a refund. ✔ NATURE: One of the remarkable features of this home is its serene setting surrounded by trees and natural beauty. As a result, encountering various wildlife is possible during your stay in our home or within the neighborhood. This diverse wildlife spectrum includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitoes, centipedes, flies, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, frogs, snakes, assorted bugs, and other creatures native to the area. These animals inhabit the natural surroundings, and while we thoroughly clean and inspect the premises before your arrival and maintain routine pest control measures, we cannot influence their natural activities. Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive. ✔ MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary. Very nice beach house! Our family had a blast. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The walk to the beach was actually shorter than I anticipated from the house, which was a plus! The golf cart rental was still worth it to haul all of our beach gear and stroll around the neighborhood.

When you walked in, you could smell how clean it was! It looked exactly like the listing. The alligator in the back was so much fun for the kids to watch throughout the day. The stairs are slick if you are just walking in socks. I fell down them the first day and broke my foot, so if you like to lounge in socks as I do, please wear shoes up and down the stairs! Golf cart rides to the beach were a must, obviously, with my injury, which made it so much more convenient. Beach days were few and far between; we could only go down to the beach 3/7 days due to storms. When we did, though, it was beautiful (not including the mounds of June grass).

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday with four adults and my six year old grandson. This is as listing appears. A beautiful home nicely decorated. The golf cart made the experience so much fun plus better access to beach which is a few blocks away. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Beach Bliss!
This was our first time staying at this vacation rental, and we’ll definitely be back! The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a great outdoor space that we really enjoyed. The inside was just as described in the listing with spacious bedrooms and a welcoming living/kitchen combo. We rented the golf cart which made for easy morning beach setups. The community is very walkable and the kids in my crew enjoyed how easy it was to access the sports court and pool. It was also our first visit to the Fort Morgan area—much more relaxed than Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, which made for a perfect getaway. There are a few restaurants in the area and a Dollar General for groceries.

Perfect Vacation
We had the best vacation! The house was perfect for us! The beach and the pool is just a short walk away but we rented the golf cart. The golf cart made taking all of our stuff to the beach easy, plus the kids loved riding around. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to prepare meals and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back to Rocky 3 for sure. Oh, I almost forgot the coolest part! Watching the alligator and turtles from the back deck.

Great stay for family highly recommed
Our contract Melissa was great. This was actually our first VRBO rental. The house was clean and everything was orderly. We did wish that there were more cleaning supplies so we can do a better job before we left. For example, there was only one detergent tab for the dishwasher, there is no spray to clean the counters with so we did the best we could. other than that it’s close to the beach, walking distance, great place to run if you like running.

BEAUTIFUL beach house!!!
This was our first time ever renting a house for a vacation, and this house definitely did not disappoint!
The house was very well stocked with all the essentials, and it was so beautifully furnished & spotless! If I ever have the chance to own a beach house, it will look just like this one!
Every inch of THIS HOUSE IS GORGEOUS, and a great place to unplug!
I’d also like to add that Rocky, the owner of the house, was very available and quick to respond to any questions we had. Two thumbs up on both the house and owner on this property.

Wonderful Vacation!!!
Highly recommended! Absolutely love this area! We have stayed in a couple of other houses in this same neighborhood and this by far is our favorite! We rented the golf cart as well, amazing totally worth it, great to help carry the chairs to the beach however the house is a very short stroll to the beach. The house has so many extras that will make your stay more enjoyable! The little things kept adding up. Some examples- The beach items in the closet when we forgot a couple of things they had them available to borrow and not have to go purchase. The extra fridge for waters and such was nice!! The stock of pots/pans/kitchen items in general, they had everything we needed and much more! Not the bare minimum some other hosts have. The large tvs in all the rooms were a hit, so when we needed to decompress from everyone we had a space to go and be comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable! Great space for a family vacation! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Rocky #3 is a great place for family and friends who need plenty of room for an enjoyable stay. The house is well decorated, comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen with essentials. The bedrooms and baths are roomy for convivence, and the beds are comfortable. Great patio on back and short walk to the beach, which was clean and inviting, not overcrowded. The neighborhood is well kept, Rocky #3 is a great choice for this area. Melissa was prompt to contact us to see if we needed anything, and the booking, check-in, check-out process was a breeze. It’s a safe family friendly and great location!
I can’t say enough about the house , neighborhood and location. The house has everything you need, well stocked kitchen blender, crockpot, rice cooker/steamer! Extra frig downstairs for overflow of food and drinks. Extra beach toys, floats and chairs and grill. The GOLF CART and beach cart are a must ! Definitely a game changer. The pond behind the house enjoyed watching the fish and turtles. The house had plenty of room to spread out and beds were comfortable. Location was great to just a block from the beach and the beach access ! There are several restaurants nearby we enjoyed. It’s tucked away from the crowds of town but only a short drive to all the attractions. The beach was beautiful not overcrowded at all and pet friendly! There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We left our stuff on the beach no need to drag in and back every day!!! Melissa was very quick to respond and a great host.

Everything and MORE!
Enjoyed our stay at Rocky #3 more than any other beach trip! It has everything you could need at the house along with a prime location in the Morgantown community. The property manager was amazing to work with and easily available at any time for any questions. Highly recommend!
GET THE GOLF CART! I have to say, with multiple children and adults, the golf cart was the highlight of our trip. It made everything so much easier from the pool to the beach and to nightly cruises to wind the kids down. Made lots of friends throughout the community which made the stay even better!
