Enjoy a bright open-concept living area with a wall of windows, comfortable sectional seating, a well-stocked kitchen, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The home features updated wood tile flooring and expansive decks on every level—perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining, or stargazing under the night sky.

The southern-facing screened-in porch is a guest favorite, where you can sip coffee or cocktails while watching dolphins and herons go by. The house was a perfect spot on the beach. Its family friendly, which is a plus. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was gorgeous.

After Labor Day Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro: very attentive rental company, floor plan of house , outdoor sink and rinsing area good for fisherman, comfortable mattresses, AC worked well, good den seatingCon: kitchen needs a good deep clean, linens / towels need to be upgraded, issue with condition of 2 bedrooms cleanliness but management quickly addressed, house is next to the beach entrance for the neighborhood. It was not an issue after Labor Day, but not sure what it would be like during high tourist times.

Walk off the front porch onto the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was very good. The location is amazing. Fort Morgan beach is my favorite area of Gulf Shores. The house was roomy and had most everything needed for a week's stay at the beach. Leave your beach stuff at home. It's all here. My only complaint is we didn't have control of the thermostats. They were on a schedule and couldn't be adjusted. The owner was very responsive and did turn down the upstairs unit. The upstairs was stuffy when we got there. We stayed in October and the outside temps were in the 60s & 70s and the units didn't run enough to pull the humidity out of the air. Would probably be fine in summer. Also, the internet service was not great. It seemed to get slow and drop out at times.

Property location was fantastic and layout of the house both inside and outside was great. Carried our boat and had plenty room to park it and other cars/truck. Beds were very comfortable but felt the funtiure needed to be updated in den. However, it is a rental so totally understand the wear and tear it most likely gets. Host were amazing and checked in regularly to see if we had any questions. AC system worked great and kitchen seemed to have everything we needed while there. Overall, I would recommend this rental especially for anyone with kids or an older crowd. The beach access, outside shower and closet full of beach toys and chairs was fantastic and made life very easy for us as an older crowd.

Owner/host was spot on. As to the management company they are only out for the dollars. Owner had reported issues with vents (mildew/mold) which were not taken care of. Not fully cleaned (porch and food on couch) Pictures are not a true representation of the property, TLC is need. Location is great.

Check in was easy and communication with the host was impeccable. The beach had some trash laying about but being next to a public entry, I could see that occurring. We just picked up what we saw. We had one instance where there was a bit of confusion with another group trying to party on the private beach section in front of the house. I don't think there is anything anyone can do about that and it didn't ruin our stay. Everything was amazing. There were a few spots on the couches that were a bit dirty and most of the shelves in the fridge were somewhat broken. There was a small hole in the upstairs bunk room wall next to the windows. NONE of these things bothered us. The beach view was amazing and worth every penny. The ONLY suggestion I could add is that for a group of 10, like we were, there weren't really enough towels for all of us to shower without washing every towel, every day. Aside from that, THANK YOU for allowing us to make memories with our family!!!

Girls Senior Trip

Awesome ocean front! Beach was never crowded feeling. Quiet area! House layout was excellent with good community space, very well-stocked kitchen, bedroom layout perfect for our party of eight! Would definitely come back!

Alabama Dreaming is a dream

It’s was so comfortable for our group of 6 and a baby. Plenty of room for everyone to have time alone or gather around the table for game night. Spectacular views! The screened in/open deck is such a great feature. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication with host was flawless!We’re already looking at 2025 dates!Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated house and very spacious. Only footsteps to the beach. Loved the screened in porch! The only negative would be the crowds on the beach the first part of the week.

Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our best house rental yet in many years of vacationing oil Gulf Shores. The house is actually better than the pictures. Will definitely stay here again next year. Suggestion for improvement would be to wash the bed spreads, especially if dogs had stayed before.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and a beautiful house. We had plenty of space inside and out. The outside shower was awesome to clean the sand and salt water off after a day on the beach. I think this is the 2nd time renting from Coastal View and had a great experience both times.
