Took our family in October. Great location if you want to be on the beach with private pools and quiet atmosphere. Overall a good stay though the house needs some renovation, maintenance and deep cleaning.

There is nothing more relaxing than being beachfront— short walks to the water and listening to the waves at night! We we all very pleased with our stay— there was enough room for my adult children to feel like they had time with their significant others as well as the common spaces which were comfortable for all us to hang out at the same time. I really enjoyed the balcony, and spent time reading out there when not on the beach. That was one of my primary reasons for going— just slowing down, relaxing… and providing space for those I love to do the same.

Our family rented this house to celebrate a 65th birthday and it didn't disappoint. We had a wonderful time being steps away from the beach. We were pleased with the open floor plan that looked out to the ocean ! Our deck had chairs that made it perfect for morning coffee and to soak up the view. The kitchen was well equipped with all the nessities for making a big family breakfast. The house could've used a little bit more detailed to some cleaning and maintenance but the great time we had over shined those issues. I definitely recommend this property to host a family vacation.

We had a great stay. THe house was right on the beach, and the common areas had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The kitchen was very well equipped with all appliances, dining ware and utensils.

House was beautiful, plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc that you will need. I wasn't aware that it was a duplex until we pulled in, it is written in the finer print so that's my fault but maybe they can make the duplex part bigger somewhere when advertising. The location was great, short distances to all fun things in town and diners etc..the water/beach was beautiful. Right off the house. The 4th bedroom with the bunk beds does not have a TV in it so we had to let the littles stay up extra late to catch some tv before bed. Other than those small things the house was perfect and we absolutely had the best time. Definitely going back next year

Awesome stay

Place was as advertised! Kitchen stocked well, location was awesome! Love the beach right outside the back door! Shower was small but the water pressure was great so I can live with it!

We’ve been coming to the Gulf Shores area for ten years. This is one of our best and most favorite places we’ve stayed. The house is great. Nice and spacious. Amazing place for families. The beach was peaceful and relaxing. Drinking coffee on the porch was the highlight of every day.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming to the Gulf Shores area for over 25 years. We chose a beach house this year to have more room and not so crowded beaches. The property managers were wonderful to work with and very attentive. The house needs a deep cleaning. You could not see out of the front windows and the bunk beds in the guest bedroom need replacing.

Great beach front home! Loved covered decks to relax after a day on the beach.

Great house, great location! Loved the beach front, loved the decks on both floors. Great living space to hang out with family. Very solid home and we couldn’t hear anything from other family staying on other side of house.
