The host maintains a stellar property in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of tree shade for those hot days you can still enjoy in the tranquil yard. Plus the property being pet friendly is a huge plus so the pups didn't have to stay behind for our trip.

Had a great stay at the Crescent house to attend a wedding. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Marne was very responsive and helpful. We definitely will come back again for future stays in Lodi!

Pulling into the driveway the property seemed average but upon entering it was beyond expectations. Was a perfect place to gather with our extended family. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were on the ground floor and were greatly appreciated by our older participants. Marne was quick and clear with answers to our few questions. Highly recommended for groups. Close to shopping and Downtown Lodi.

This was our second visit to Crescent House and it couldn't have gone better. Beautiful house and garden. The kitchen is the best equipped of any rental I've been to. We enjoyed cooking complicated family favorites while visiting our family in the Lodi area. Great neighborhood and excellent host. We will return! Thanks

My family and I loved this house so much that we vowed that we would bring all four of our adult kids with us next year and extend our stay from one week to two weeks. I can’t wait!! Everything was excellent!!!!

5/5 Stars – Perfect stay for our family milestone!We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Crescent House. We were in town for our son's wedding, and this beautiful property served as the perfect home base. The design upgrades throughout the house and the open kitchen are exceptionally well done. The location couldn't be better—it's incredibly convenient to local shops for daily necessities and just a short trip to downtown where we had a wonderful time antiquing. On top of that, our host Marne was fantastic to work with and great with communication. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Crescent House in Lodi. Located in a charming downtown neighborhood, it was a great jumping-off place to the wine country. It's decorated thoughtfully inside and out with lots of room for a large group. Cool TV room for the Superbowl this weekend, and the bedrooms are large too. We loved it and we look forward to returning.

The property was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the property was pet friendly. The host was expedient in answering any questions. My only recommendation would be provide Lysol wipes, Comet type products, and a scritch pad for cleaning up the kitchen after oneself after cooking. We enjoyed the convenience of the property to the downtown and felt very safe walking about the historical neighborhood.

THIS HOUSE! Pick this one if classy, spacious and peaceful accommodations within easy walking distance of downtown Lodi, CA is appealing to you. We came for a wedding we were involved in so didn't get to do your normal touristy things but walked to several amazing breakfasts and loved perusing the downtown shops. The house is nestled in a neighborhood of remodeled, classic homes and has lush landscaping, water features and a secluded backyard with fire pit and seating areas. Doors open to this area from the kitchen, living and master bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious, the layout is interesting. The master bath is huge and upgraded magnificently. The bedroom upstairs has an attached office. The kitchen is beautiful with HIGH end appliances and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine. I played the grand piano everyday. We watched a lot of football in between the wedding events in the cozy side entertainment room. I could LIVE in this house and will re-book if we ever want a wine country vacation!!!!!!

We had an excellent 8-day visit at the Crescent Street house. The house is very spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. There are so many wonderful touches in the house that make it special: from on-demand hot water at each sink, to very comfortable beds, to plenty of high-quality towels and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and very walkable and there are many excellent restaurants close by. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the property manager, Marne and her staff were excellent to work with. While the property is on the expensive side, we found it well worth the cost and are looking forward to a longer visit in the fall.

Our family of 5, plus two small kiddos, had a wonderful stay here over Easter weekend. The house was even more beautiful and relaxing than in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms all so beautiful and beds very comfy. My two kiddos and I were very happy in the upstairs suite, while the rest of the family each had their own room downstairs with king beds. We were able to utilize the garage for our suburban and the patio was lovely to eat dinner or relax with a glass of wine. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to get wine, dinner, shop in downtown Lodi, the movies, the park and even church! We would not hesitate to book this home again in the future!

House has great spacious rooms , all king size and supper confortable beds and best of all Great and full stocked / equipped Kitchen including the essential supplies.
