It's the ultimate relaxation spot and it's been furnished with a comfortable outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco and a handful of chairs. The living room is bright and has comfortable furniture with splendid views and a TV with cable. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze - if you're brave enough you can search for that recipe you've been dying to try and finally show off your cooking skills! You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great time!

Great location. Amenities were more than adequate. Wish coffee pot wasn’t a mini. The beds are full size and small. Very comfortable but small. Washing machine is old but worked well just noisy. Will definitely stay again in future. The staff we did run into, I think security, were very friendly.

Great place to stay stayed 3-4-24 to 3-7-24

Overall it was a great place to stay condo was very clean all instructions were on point the beds are very comfortable great view location is great close to everything the walk from the condo to the beach/ocean is short thats a plus for me they have a parking lot and 3 level parking deck assigned parking spots if you use the parking deck the only things I didn't like was there is a sauna and gaming room with pool tables ,Foosball etc and gym we couldn't use the sauna or gaming room because there were doing construction on the room I would like to have been told that when I paid for the condo and then the tvs in the living room and bedroom are outdated no smart tvs they did have dish network but dish has not been good in years other than that I would recommend it to anyone and me and my family will be back and hope to use this place every year

Condo on the beach

Loved this condo, great area. The rental company checked in with us upon arrival to make sure everything was up to our approval. Check in information received 24 hours before we were due to check in. The door is a little tricky to open as you have to put in a code, turn lever and turn doorknob as well, but eventually we were opening the door like a pro. We did not use the pool or weight room, instead spent time on the beach. Spend a lot of evenings sitting on balcony enjoying the view. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of blankets in closet. Will definitely book again on next trip to the Gulf. Make sure to put parking tag(which will be in condo when arrive) in car, they will give out tickets...

Snowbird stay

The condo needs some deep cleaning done. Dining table chairs have a microfiber cover on the seats that should have been cleaned after the last tenant left and before we arrived. There were food/liquid spills on all four chairs. The rug in the living area is very dirty(even after I vacuumed it several times) and filled with sand. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Towels in the bathroom are ragged and stained. The view from the balcony is magnificent.

Good.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Only complaints is that the AC was very loud and the dryer was not very efficient.

Could have been better

You cannot get ahold of the owner. Note said there were key fobs and there weren't! Tried to call the number on the note to tell them that and noone ever answered! The people in the "Office" were worthless! Several things were broken in our condo. Our code to the beach and pool was wrong! Monitor size TV in the main bedroom and giant TV in the 2nd bedroom. We won't go back to this one again.
