Kait is a cute little beach bungalow that is a two minute walk from the shore! It has deeded beach access at the electronic crosswalk at East 4th Street and East Beach Blvd. Kait is the lower unit of the duplex with Emersyn above. Small on the inside but with an ample front porch and yard, this completely renovated two bedroom affords you the space to relax after a hard day at the beach. Kait offers a King bed, a full sized bed and also a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a shower/tub combo and double vanity sink and also a washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and comfy outdoor furniture. Kait is just a short walk from The Hangout and other restaurants along the beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for small family.

Good experience. Literally walk across the street to the beach. Within walking/biking distance of anything you need. Price point was perfect for what it is. Beats a hotel room any day. Will come back if available next visit!

Great location, close to the beach, and quiet

This place was perfect for my small family. We had plenty of space, and the beds were comfy. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities. We absolutely loved the outdoor seating, patio table area, and the swing. We loved the privacy we had and that we were far from the noise (not too close to the Hangout). We loved sitting outside on the swing and being able to walk across the street to the beach with ease. We were very happy with our stay and made some great memories on this vacation.

We made a terrible mistake

In town for a wedding. Wife and I thought it would be better to find a private beach house to save some money rather than renting one of the very large condos on the beach… guess you get what you paid for. We stayed 2 nights. 1st, they refused to answer any messages via Vrbo. 2nd, when I called about check ins, they said they would email me when the condo was ready… theoretically this condo is still not ready since I didn’t get an email… most likely because it should not have been given to us. Upon arrival we went into the house and the place was nearly 90 degrees inside. The beds had sand all in it. So the sheets were never washed The pillows has these black dirt marks. The windows do not have any proper privacy protection… and the intersection’s lights are blasted into the bed room all night, so yeah a fun red & green light lighting up the room & in your face all night. Slept a night in the bed and We woke up the next morning covered in bites… yup bed bugs. Over all, place should be burnt down and started over. This was pathetic & on a level like a super 8 motel or a red roof inn.

Beach access across the red light was nice. Check in was easy right at 4 pm we dropped our stuff off turned the air down and went out to give the place time to cool down since ac is set to 75 till check in. Came back after a couple hours and the place felt good the ac window units cooled it quick. Place was clean. Pillows and sheets provided. Towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The towels they provide just smear the water around. That’s my only complaint! Other than that it was cozy and nice for the price.

Location is Perfect!

Our family loved the location of this home. We could easily gather up our beach items and walk right over to the public entry. We walked to the small market. Best location for the price. We stayed a week and will definitely look for this listing for future trips. There were some issues with cleanliness and AC, but the location was fantastic!

It was ok.

I loved how close to the beach we were! We walked across the main road, and there was the beautiful white sand. I didn’t love the upstairs neighbors walking around all night, the rock hard king size bed, the huge roach in the tub, or waiting for the cleaning crew to finished before we could check in. The outside of the fridge needs a good bleaching, and what happened to the headboard for the king size bed? It wasn’t there. Also, the floors were so dirty. I actually saw the cleaning crew mop the floors, but over our two night stay, my white socks turned a dark nasty color.
