The house and setting was beautiful. It was appointed with every amenity you could think of making it very relaxing. We officially felt like we were on vacation the minute we walked through the door.

Great Kona Property

The house itself was fantastic, probably one of the nicest vacation rentals in which we have stayed. The place was clean and extremely thoughtfully well-appointed (had everything we needed for meals and hanging out). Communication with the manager was easy and responsive. The hot tub / pool, view, and outdoor area were perfect for chilling. Close to amenities, Kona proper, and easy highway access for the rest of the island. We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home - beautiful location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an amazing time here. The home is spacious and lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals, and the outside area and surrounding neighborhood were nice areas to walk. Having the pool and spa in the backyard was something we will have a hard time going without in the future! It was our #1 hangout spot and we all wanted to be in the water all the time. So much fun for the whole family.We would highly recommend this place, and hope to stay again.

Amazing house for a family vacation

We have rented quite a few houses over the years, and this property was by far the most clean and updated property we have ever visited. Perfect location, wonderful views and landscaping, new appliances, great living space, and comfortable beds. We really like the ability to basically open up the backside of the house to the pool to make for a great space to hang out after a full day of activities. The location is a very easy drive to Kona and many different beaches and restaurants. If we ever get the opportunity to visit the Big Island again, we would happily rent this property again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Clean, Modern Home with Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay here. The house is very clean and modern - the rooms are all large and the house feels very spacious.The pool and hot tub were great - my son loved swimming around in the pool in the afternoon.The lanai was great and we ate most of our meals here.The house is also in a good location - it's about 15 minutes to downtown Kona and a 40 minute drive in the morning to the harbor if you're going diving.It's also an easy walk down to the Outrigger (it used to be the Sheraton) and the boat ramp there.The one downside is that the house backs onto a golf course and they are frequently cutting the grass early in the morning (between 6 and 6:30 am most days we were there). My husband slept through it, but it often woke me up.

Fabulous vacation rental

The owners put a lot of thought into designing and furnishing the house. Loved the layout. Views out back were amazing! So nice to be able to relax outdoors w ocean and golf course views and cool down in the pool. Kitchen was so well equipped. It made eating in so easy. The owners left us a very thoughtful care basket, which we enjoyed during our stay. Having been to the island a couple of times before we found the location perfect for our needs. We golfed close by at Kona Country Club and further up North. Especially enjoyed going to the beach at Kua Bay.
