Endroit gĂ©nial pour une escapade en famille, un week-end ou un long sĂ©jour. Vous aurez accĂšs Ă  4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec jacuzzi pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  16 personnes. House est proche de la plage et dans un super quartier. À seulement 15 minutes de FLL et Ă  25 minutes des aĂ©roports MIA. La maison est proche de la plupart des «points chauds» du sud de la Floride, notamment de Miami Beach, des principaux centres commerciaux et des restaurants. Si vous aimez la plage, vous serez Ă  proximitĂ© de Hollywood Beach et d’autres.
Proche du Hard Rock Casino & du stade et de la gare. À quelques minutes de toutes les grandes plages.

Winston was a fantastic host. Home was great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to navigate.

From the Mr....One bathroom tub is very slippery, one bathroom fan is dead, and there is an iguana on the roof that makes creepy noises. Note.... The iguana is part of the charm and the noise isn't really creepy once you know who is telling you about his kingdom!!!On the up side, the pool and hot tub are very nice, the back yard is well screened off by the vegetation, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and functional, the two living room set up is great for separating conversations, the driveway has space for three cars, the location is really convenient to 3 highways, local main roads, and suburban streets, there is public parking for a nominal fee at the public beach a straight shot down the main drag, the ac and heat were perfect, 3 airports are nearby. This is a really good property. I am grateful to have been able to stay there with my family for the week.My two cents...I would not plan on the pool for toddlers. It is a little deep for the really young ones. But it is perfect for young swimmers and up. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The loungers were great and the pool rings were a pleasant surprise. Plenty of good sized towels. The hot tub was fantastic too. It is on a corner and the street is busy. But the yard is well secluded by thick vegetation. Plenty of amenities, appliances, extra bedding etc. Excellent communication.We had a fantastic week. Strongly recommend this property and this host.

The house is VERY outdated and some of the needs to be addressed
The inside door handle to the front door had black tape all around the nob (easy to replace).The gas grill was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned and was all rusted and wouldn’t light.. I contacted the host at 7 PM in the evening and he texted me back at 3:45am to tell me the grill works!! Also, the lightbulb In the refrigerator had to be replaced and in two of the bathrooms
 we felt all of this should’ve been addressed prior to arrival

Our host, Winston, was great. He was easy to get ahold of when need and answer all our questions. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. bathrooms were clean. Great fluffy towels. The pool was a huge hit as we played in it several days during our stay. I am a cook so I found the kitchen needed a few more supplies in order to prepare meals.Overall we had a great time in Hollywood Hills Florida!!

The house was as described, it was clean and had an abundance of extra pillows,blankets,towels, dishes,glasses, etc. The pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was very nice and easy to use

Perfectly located paradise

Home was perfect for everyone to have their own space, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor area is your own little paradise with pool, hot tub and wonderful seating area. Our host, Winston was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

The Winston

Everything about this place was amazing
 everything you need to just stay in and only 5 mins from anything you really wanna do in the area
 but the best part was Mr. Winston, very friendly and accommodating anything we needed he was there for, made the experience that much better
 gracious hosts like him make the stay in my opinion
 but house was clean, cool, and comfortable
 pool and hottub worked perfectly!! Will book with him again
 shoot I might just check on him every once in a while and say hi
 Mr. Winston is now a new friend!

Great Time in Paradise!!!

The house was large, plenty of beds and baths. Everything was very clean, no bugs at all (inside or out). The Pool and Hot Tub really made our trip the best! We hung out there all day and had a blast. The location is good, but you need a car. Our Host was incredible and made everything easy. We will definitely be back for more fun!!! Cindy

Quiet, private getaway close to everything you need

We spent a weekend here for a golf trip and enjoyed every minute of it. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed, the outside area was a great private hangout, and the location was close to both the golf courses and the the casino. All around great trip!

Our stay was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The house was clean. The hot tub stopped working and Mr. Watson was over in a few minutes to fix it. He is a most gracious host. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is Amazing

This house had everything. And we paid it forward. We even left a hookah for the next crew. Just add water to the top and please smoke outside. Best Vacation ever. Thanks Winston and his crew for providing everything and I mean everything. Most definitely will try to book nexts year spring break trip.

Not what we expected

I never ever leave reviews and I struggled with deciding to leave this one. Winston was great, he responded to our pool issues in a timely manner, however, the property is NOT what is portrayed on VRBO. We researched long and hard to find a perfect place for our family that would be kid friendly and clean. Let me start off with the positives, the pool area is very nice. The house is in DIRE need of a good cleaning and updating...literally half of the light bulbs were burned out, the light over the table is full of dead bugs, the rugs in the house need to be thrown out and replaced they are filthy, the bedspread on our bed was completely ripped, broken tiles on the floors, broken window blinds...None of this was shown in the pictures or we would NOT have rented this house. We had 2 small children that we had to buy a walker for because the rugs were so filthy we didn't want to put them down on them. I was expecting a house like the pictures portrayed (which must have been taken years ago) but nothing in the pictures was the same as the house we got. I don't know who is in charge of updates and cleaning, but they need to be replaced. I'm sure I will get attacked as previous people who left a review that wasn't good did, but I felt I needed to let unsuspecting people know this house is not worth the $$ we paid to stay here, if I had paid 1/3 of the cost, then I would expect a house in this condition. We rent houses all the time and travel extensively, worst one yet.
