Great condo for vacation in quaint Ocean Park, ME just short walk to beach!

Just a few minute walk to the beach. This condo has all your summer vacation needs. A short walk from downtown Old Orchard beach as well as downtown Ocean Park. The complex offers an outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, and small fitness center. There is a grill on the back deck. The second bedroom actually will have a bunk bed that is twin over double with a trundle underneath with room to sleep 4. The couches have been replaced with brand new gray couches since these photos were taken. Rentals must be Saturday to Saturday 7 night stays. Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 10 am. There are towels there but need to be washed before departure (including dish towels). Otherwise please provide all of your own linens. No sheets provided.

Condo was ??

Condo and complex were just what we expected. We have stayed in this complex many times. The condo was clean but a few things were missed. Stains on mattresses and pads coffee pot grounds left behind to mold. Cooking pans dirty and rusty-need to be replaced. Outside grill completely rusted off at the base. The grill is not useable and a fire hazard. The grill is leaning against the house. ( I unhooked the gas) owner said she was going to replace things and was very responsive. The toaster oven was completely dirty and unusable.

Great Stay!

This was our second year staying here. Everything was excellent. Communication with owner was very responsive. Quick walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay again this year.

Amazing stay at Ocean Park Meadows

Would definitely return to this unit: air conditioning, new couch, new bunk beds, great location between the pool and the tennis courts and walking distance from beach. The owner was so responsive and helpful with my many questions upon arrival and also during. Thanks again for a great stay and see you next year!

Family vacation

The 2br/1ba condo worked out great for our family vacation, and the bunk beds in the second bedroom were a huge hit with our kids (6 and 3). The location was great: the beach was a very short 1-2 block walk away, with the ocean park shops a 5-10min walk away. Very responsive and kind hosts, from booking all the way through the end of our stay. We had one small issue upon arrival, but Caryl responded immediately and it was fixed within hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation - Ocean Park

Caryl was an excellent host and very easy to reach. The condo was clean and had everything we could ask for, even beach chairs and boogie boards!! The bunk bedroom was the perfect size for 3 teen boys to sleep. The condo complex is quiet and clean and the pool was an added bonus at the end of a long day on the beach. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great vacation spot

Great place clean and up to date. More than we ever expected , games , condiments , soaps, laundry detergent. Plenary of silverware and dishes. Can’t say enough positive things. Caryl was nice to deal with.

Great condo in Ocean Park

My family and I had a fin week at this great condo in Ocean Park. It was a short walk to the beach which was beautiful, and minutes away from Old Orchard pier. The condo was perfect for our family and I would book it again.

This is a family owned property in an area that we know and love. We have been vacationing here for many years and know the area very well so never hesitate to ask us anything!

This is a great complex with many family friendly amenities just a few minutes walk to the beach. Also close to both downtown Old Orchard and downtown Ocean Park. You couldn’t pick a better spot!
