Direct Beachfront Condo

This condo is very private and has a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, a loft area with one queen bed and, two twin beds. There is one bathroom and a stackable washer/dryer located on the first floor. A sliding glass door leads to a balcony overlooking the beach and Casco Bay. The beach is only a few steps from the condo.

Just .6 miles from the pier makes the location perfect, allowing for quiet nights while remaining within walking distance to all your favorite places for both food and entertainment.

(Please note! Linens and towels are not provided., however all beds are equipped with pillows and quilts) This property rents with Saturday to Saturday stays only during in-season weeks.

Great location

Overall our stay was great and we had everything we needed. Condo is in close walking proximity to everything the area has to offer but far enough that it is peaceful. Much to do within driving distance for gloomy days as well. Minor issue upon check in but the hosts were pleasant and communicative. My 5yo didn’t want to leave and is already asking when we can return

Beautiful Beachfront condo

5 stars from start to finish. Easy communication with owners about minor problem with internet. Directly oceanfront. Very clean and quiet. Didn’t hear another person while we were there. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for couple and teen daughter.

This rental was really nice, but I missed the part about no towels or sheets provided

We had an enjoyable stay but did not read where there were no sheets or towels provided. The tv was a bit difficult to navigate and not consistent, we had to keep logging in

Beach getaway

This was an exceptional property! Very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. The owner was so responsive to questions and super nice! Love the location-right on the beach, quiet, but close to the pier. Had an awesome vacation and I would definitely book this again!

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo and the location was perfect! Quiet yet a short walk down to the pier. The cleanliness of the condo was a 10 and we are very picky when it comes to that! Comfortable and adorable! The grandkids came for a couple of days and loved the loft! What a great find! There are 18 condos in the building but not once could we hear the neighbors. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for making our vacation so perfect!

Gorgeous!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beach rental! It had a really cute modern coastal theme and was very cozy. The balcony was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and a Mother’s Day mimosa :) We spent much time on the beach, the weather was beautiful!

New Years Eve getaway at Old Orchard Beach

My husband, daughter and I decided last minute to book a quick getaway for New Years Eve weekend. We wanted to stay near, or on, the water and came across Tom and Laurie's beautiful, beachfront condo in Old Orchard Beach, ME. The beautiful condo coupled with the amazing care and communication Tom and Laurie provided us made our stay amazing. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the near future. Beth

Great stay at Old Orchard Beach

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was perfect, the apt overlooking the beach. The place was fully stocked and check in process was seamless. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We would come again.

Born and brought up here in Maine, we have always had a great appreciation for the water and it's ability to calm the soul. It was our dream to own and renovate a low maintenance place we could enjoy with our daughter and her family. We love it, and we are happy to share the experience with others.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Although you are stepping into a condo, it really feels more like a beach house. The wood ceilings really bring a very cozy feel to the unit. The first floor master bedroom and the over sized loft really allow families to have plenty of space to enjoy. Kids love the spiral staircase! Best feature; the view!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unit has skylights, a heated bathroom floor (for cold nights), and ceiling fans in all sleeping areas. The balcony overlooking the water is where most people spend mornings
having coffee, or just enjoying the expansive ocean views!

The location is perfect, walking out of the unit you are literally just steps from the sand. The property also has a grass area on the beach side, for hanging out or playing games. The complex has only 18 units and strictly enforces a No Pet policy with a $200/day fine.
