Fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at Brianna's condo. It was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Perfect location just next to the beach. Check-in was easy and quick. Very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love hearing the music on the deck from the Myst downstairs and watching everyone on the Pier. Perfect beach vacation.

Beautiful and comfortable condo in a fun area!

The unit was spacious and very comfortable for a nice family get together. Beautiful views of both ocean and pier. Enjoyed listening to music from the balcony. Only constructive criticism would be a more complete description location…(Grand Victorian) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks so much!

Birthday getaway

The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.

The condo had a fantastic cross breeze that was helpful when the AC froze up. The Owner worked tirelessly to ensure the equipment was serviced and also went the extra mile to have a portable AC brought in.

Beautiful space and location!

This place was exactly as advertised, even better! The location was so fun, being able to see the beach and pier from one side, and Palace Playland on the other! Well stocked, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful kitchen. I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to OOB!

GREAT HOST

This property was a great unit in the building with great views of the pier and beach. Very spacious as well. There is a lot within walking distance. The host was VERY helpful and great at communicating. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I went for a long weekend. My family were camping near by. This condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and up to date. The owner was quick getting back to me when I had a question. Check-in was super easy. We hope to rent from her in the future. Highly recommend.

Everything at your fingertips!

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for those wanting close proximity to ocean views and downtown. We chose this property for its beauty and convenience, and we were not disappointed. Our goal was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. That is just what we did. The condo owner was attentive and responsive which we appreciated. We will be back!

Great condo, great location!

The condo is exactly as advertised. The guest before us left some clothes in a drawer, a ring on the counter. Condo is spacious, good kitchen. Having a washer/dryer in unit very convenient. The owner was quick to respond, not that I needed anything during my stay. Check in/out is easy. Neighbors next door were a little loud one night, there is a lot of activity so if you’re looking for quiet, may not be the right fit. But great if you’re into being at the center of it all. My teens had a great time having the amusement park and arcades right next door. And this mama loved having them have their independence but also being close if they needed me…while I was at the beach 😊 Highly recommended

Convenience by the ocean

This property was perfect for our week long stay at old orchard beach. We had a one year old baby with us so the close proximity to the beach and ease of being able to come and go off the beach with just a short walk through the parking lot was crucial. well updated kitchen with the basics but if you plan to do a lot of cooking may consider bringing some of your own stuff (cutting board, sharp knives being two things we felt the absence of). Overall very nice property and the perfect location for our vacation. Walking distance to attractions/restaurants and the pier is right outside the building-we enjoyed some of the live entertainment from the balcony and overall the noise wasn’t too bad.

Great beachfront condo

Location was great for the sunrise, proximity to the beach and feeling a part of the action. If you don’t like listening to local musicians for hours this place wouldn’t be for you as they play directly below the balcony. The only thing I would recommend are room darkening shades in the bedrooms. With all of the flashing lights from the pier and the play land plus the road spotlights it felt like the sun never went down.

Ultimate OOB location

We really enjoyed being in the middle of everything OOB has to offer. Being so close to the beach made it very easy to set up our spot and handle all the buckets and shovels the kids brought. Walking across the street to the arcade and rides is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. I liked that we didn't need to drive much on our trip and that parking was included. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view to the ocean and Palace Playland was nice. I think it was better than most condos since it's a corner unit. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

All of the windows in the condo were very dirty. They hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The hard wood floor hadn't been mopped, there was something spilled on the floor by the table. Overall, the condo was a very nice place to stay!!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

Our family just got back from a long weekend in OOB. We had never been before and didn’t know what to expect. After exploring the area, it is obvious that it doesn’t get better than The Grand Victorian. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The location is literally right in the center of everything. And the condo is modern, clean and spacious. We felt like we had “the honeymoon suite” of all the units since this one gives you a nice peaceful view of the ocean from the front balcony, and a view of the rides/arcade/food stands from the other. We could hear live music playing at night while we enjoyed some drinks on the patio and our kids slept. Such a perfect vacation. Will definitely be back!

Great location to be in the action

We stayed here for a long weekend near the end of June. The location was great for what we were looking for! Close to everything, lots of views and a quick walk everywhere. My kids loved watching the amusement park from the balcony. It was quick and easy to get down to the beach or walk around town. The main living area was beautiful and up to date. However the bedrooms were a little lacking. There were no dressers if you wanted to unpack clothing for your stay. Large closets for hanging space and small bedside tables with drawers. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty soft and husbands back was bothering him so much sleeping on it he actually slept on the floor the last night. The cleanliness was also pretty subpar and disappointing. When we checked in there were lots of crumbs on the floor. A placement was covered in crumbs, what looked like a muffin. Cup rings and dried wet stains on the table and nightstands. Some of the towels and the bedsheets had stains. There were wet towels left in the washing machine. I contacted the owner and she was responsive and offered to have to cleaner come by again but at this point we were already checked in with 4 kids so it felt like it would be a hassle. The unit should have been clean for us when we arrived. We also noticed during our stay the bottoms of our feet and socks were black from the floors. I’m guessing they only get a quick sweep between rentals and aren’t often throughly cleaned. Overall nice but could use a more cleaning
