Beautiful spacious two floor end unit - 2 bed 2 bath steps to beach no need for a car, townhouse awaits you for a peaceful beach vacation that includes outdoor pool, bocce, pickleball, tennis courts and gym. New floors done 2024 -1st bedroom is queen bed and 2nd full bed w/ twin trundle underneath. Family room has sleeper couch. Walk through the bridges and paths across street to the beach or take a stroll to the quaint town of ocean park to play shuffleboard, visit the soda fountain for ice cream, candy, breakfast, lunch and dinner! New pizza place and coffee cafe in 2023 as well as gift shops. Visit Ocean Park Subs for their famous cinnamon rolls! They sell out fast every morning.
Condo has new HVAC system with A/C on main floor and master bedroom. Master bedroom A/C vents to the second bedroom. The pier with rides/games and fun food can be walked to and Portland is 15-20 minutes away, as well as fun for the kids at fun town splash town, bike paths, fishing, boating and more!

Best vacation rental

My family and I stayed for a week and we had an amazing time. The place was clean and cozy and a short walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood! I’d recommend anyone looking for a good place!

Great accommodations

Really enjoyed the property. It has great amenities and is a short walk to the beach as well as OBB and Ocean Park restaurants and shops. My family thought it was the best property we have stayed in. Communication with the Owner was excellent.

An amazing week by the beach!

This is our second year staying here. Property is great, the unit is equipped with everything you need and is a very pleasant short walk to the beach or to the soda fountain for ice cream . Central style a/c which keeps the temperature comfortable. Condo has really nice amenities that are very well kept. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, pickleball and bocci. Laura responds quickly to any questions, we had no issues at all during our stay.

An amazing week in Maine

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and very comfortable thanks to a quiet a/c unit in the living area and in the main bedroom upstairs. The unit was bright and airy with thoughtful touches. Laura, the owner, was very kind and professional and helpfully responded to any questions we had very fast. We were a short walk to the beach on a nice quiet road as well as a short walk to a cute little town center with an ice cream shop and the best cinnamon buns and donuts. Ocean Park meadows also had a very nice pool and my kids enjoyed playing corn hole in the same area as the tennis and pickleball courts. We will definitely go back!

Superbe semaine

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L emplacement du condo est parfait, 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et l environnement est magnifique. Il y avait tous les trucs pour la plage, chaises, jeux, charriot de transport. Ma famille et moi-même avons passé de très très belles vacances. Merci!

Quiet well kept condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in August which is my favorite time of year to visit Maine because the ocean isn’t as cold as at the start of summer. The condo was well kept, clean, and well appointed with beach items. My wife and I stayed with our 4 year old and 1 year old and found the condo to be close enough to walk to all the area has to offer but set far enough back from the street and away from busier areas so it was nice and quiet and relaxing.

Calme et avec beaucoup de facilités

L'environnement du site ainsi que le condo étaient très bien. L'endroit est calme, bien entretenu et les multiples facilités sont très appréciées. La proximité de la plage était une belle manière de profiter de la plage sans avoir les inconvénients du bruit.

Nice condo in Ocean Paark

Nice 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath in very quiet association called Ocean Park Meadows 2 blocks from beach and easy walking distance to old orchard center. Association has a pool and condo has a storage closet with beach chairs, etc. Owners very response. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Laura's home! The townhouse is very cozy and the perfect space for a family vacation. It is within walking distance of the beach and the village of Ocean Park. It was our first time visiting Old Orchard Beach and Laura was so helpful with recommendations of restauarants, historic sites, and other must-sees in the area!

Great place in Ocean Park

The town house was very bright and had everything we needed. The location is as perfect to walk to beach, Ocean Park town center or Old Orchard Beach. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also use of tennis courts was a bonus. We enjoyed working with the owners!
