With a perfect single-level layout with all four bedrooms on each corner of the home, there will be plenty of privacy for each guest, yet everyone can gather in the open layout of the main living area with ease. Craving salty air? Simply step out to your private balcony and sip a glass of wine or morning coffee while kicking back on the outdoor sofa. When you need to feed the whole gang, you can easily head out to the many local restaurants nearby, yet a tasty meal can be whipped up with ease in the full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, a huge island with bar seating, a wine fridge, and all of the utensils needed to prepare any recipe. For more casual cookouts, simply walk downstairs under the home and fire up the grill as everyone plays ping-pong, gathers around the firepit, or rinses off sandy toes in the outdoor shower. Don't worry about going to a coffee shop to get some work done either, as this home is complete with free high-speed WiFi.
