This property provided some great views while also being a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We had some issues with the water pressure during our stay, and although it wasnât able to be fixed during our time the host was very responsive to our issues. We throughly enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of this home during our time, it was just as expected.
There were many issues encountered during our stay, making it very unsatisfactory. The tea kettle is fully broken and unusable, spider webs everywhere, doors to the balconies require a lot of effort to open, when using the upstairs shower the water drips through to the downstairs bathroom ceiling, several places reeked of mildew, the floor was constantly sticky, bed sheets were dirty with bugs on them, blanket was stained, light fixtures had dead bugs in them, half of the time there were bears on the balconies because they tipped the trash cans over and it was very dangerous because we had little kids with us. Many if not all of these issues should have been taken care before our stay not only the bear issue when most of our stay was over. We had reached out to the owners multiple times and and rarely got a response if any. No one came by to clean, and by our 3rd email about the bear issue did we get someone to come by.
Absolutely loved this gem of a cabin for our recent family trip! The layout of the cabin, the bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the hot tub, the game room. Everything exceeded our expectations!
My group enjoyed the cabin during our stay. It was in a great location near downtown Gatlinburg. The pictures were accurate in the description and the check-in/check-out process was simple. We will definitely stay again when we travel to the area.
We loved the area the house was located it was close to lots of things, molly the host was great at replying to the only issue we had which was the wifi, but we definitely will look into this home if or when we visit gatlinburg again.
This cabin was a great location for our trip to Gatlinburg. It feels tucked away from the bustle of the city but it is right around the corner. The cabin has all the necessities for a comfortable stay and a beautiful view! We had a great vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view at A+ of the mountains and it felt very secluded although itâs in a cabin community. We will definitely be returning.
We had a lovely stay at this cabin. The view is unbelievable and the kids loved all the games and toys that were provided. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, we would love to stay here again!
Two families stayed in the cabin. It was the perfect layout and space for everyone to be comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath! We enjoyed the hot tub and did see a bear on our first night!
We had a great stay! We were a family of 8 including grandparents. The kids loved the arcade and pool table. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would stay there again.
The checkin was easy, the cabin absolutely spotless, cozy atmosphere, and surprisingly quiet. It is on a road with many cabins but it was not noisy-no partying going on. Everyone in my family liked it!
With 4 master suites, everyone had plenty of privacy. The living area & deck were great places to gather. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, grilling, & making large meals. View was amazing. We saw several bears prowling for trash in the neighborhood - unfortunately they are getting desensitized to humans. Keep your car doors locked & DO NOT feed them. They will be euthanized if they are ever deemed aggressive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Gatlinburg. One of the many reasons was the "Point of View" accommodations. The view from the back balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The rooms were large and each had it's own bathroom was perfect for our three families and granddaughter.
The communication with the property manager before and during our stay was excellent. We had 1 minor issue that was resolved very quickly. All communication prior was answered quickly and answered all questions we had prior to our stay
This is a place we would return thanks to many factors.
Thanks for considering our home for your travels! A little bit about me... My husband and I were born and raised in Ohio, and have lived in Brooklyn, NY for the past 5 years with our two children. I stay at home with the kiddos, but during school hours you can find me planning our next adventure, or volunteering around the neighborhood. Steve always says I never met a committee I didnât like!
We love doing lots of different things as a family, but traveling, particularly in the outdoors, is what really gets us excited. We have a lifetime goal of visiting all the US National Parks. The 2020 list includes: -Cuyahoga Valley NP -Wind Cave NP -Badlands NP -Mesa Verde NP -Great Sand Dunes NP -Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP -Rocky Mountain NP
We hope you will choose our home for your stay, but regardless, have a great time during your travels and enjoy spending time with the ones you love!
