Newly renovated in 2022! Enjoy beautiful Ocean/Bay views while overlooking the pool in this well-appointed 1 BR/1BA condo. A quick walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants and entertainment options. This is a fantastic end unit condo with plenty of natural light on the inside and beautiful views from the the balcony . It is located in the perfect place to explore the best of Ocean City and the surrounding areas. This is a rare find given the location, amenities, and price point. Mini-golf, bowling, movie theatre, and many great restaurants all within a short walk. Quiet , northern Ocean City near the Delaware line for tax free shopping. Queen size bed, twin trundle bed, and a queen pull-out sleep six people. Linens are available for an extra $85. Please let us know if you want linens at least 7 days prior to your stay and they will be there when you arrive.
Kitchen has all needed pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware. Dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker.
Breakfast bar with four stools, outdoor table with four chairs, stereo, 55" smart TV in living room, 40" smart TV in bedroom. No cable service but great wi-fi for streaming your favorite channels, shows, and movies. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Fourth floor end-unit condo with two elevators.
Outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck.

My lady and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very nice, clean, well maintained and it was easy to feel at home. The actual building was in decent shape and was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Catfish Alert

To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. This condo was listed as “Newly Renovated in 2022”. If it was newly renovated in 2022, someone should find, arrest, and prosecuted the criminals responsible for the horrible “renovation”. Firstly the entry door is filthy. Idk if it’s mold or just dirt, but it’s not welcoming at all. Secondly, the smell when you walk in is a turn off. There is a definite stink in the air that is trying to be covered up using candles and air fresheners, and it has failed miserably. The living room is “OK”, just as long as you don’t look too closely in the corner of the room near the HVAC return or at the windowsills. The bathroom is just plain disgusting. The tile floor and base molding have a layer of crud and filth from years of being unkept. The lovely caulking job screams slumlord, and is reminiscent of a gas station bathroom. Also, If you want hot water, be prepared to wait. The bedroom is dark and dingy. Don’t look in the closet as there is a huge hole in the wall where some jury rigging plumbing has taken place, and it’s just a hot mess. The ceiling fan is partially falling down, and is sporting some lovely white duct tape, which is a nice touch. We stayed only one night in the condo of the three nights we paid for. We felt so uncomfortable that we paid for a hotel for the remainder of our trip. Fool me once, shame on you.

Great Spot for a Beach Trip!

The hosts were very accomodating and helped with any questions we had. The unit was great, and the location was excellent! Steps from the beach, great outdoor pool to cool off. Also within short walking distance of restaurants, shops, and mini golf!

End of Summer getaway

Cute little condo that has been remodeled, but needs some finishing work completed. Needs to replace or refurbish table on deck (bring round table cloth). Great for 2 people and equipped with basically everything you need (except sheets & paper products). Easy excess to beach & location to restaurants/pubs, beach stores within walking. The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. Nice getaway!

Overall, this property is a great place to stay if you’re looking to get away. The host replied timely and was very helpful. The beach is in walking distance which was very nice. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away!

Weekend Getaway

Great location and clean property! I brought my own bathmat and was glad I did because the one there was a little dirty. Owners were super helpful upon check in. Bathtub can be super slippery so just be careful getting in.

Beach condo near the ocean

Nice condo for a quick get-a-way to the beach. Everything was included except sheets, towels and toiletries. Pool was nice and clean. Few steps to the beach made the location convenient.

4th of July Week

The listing is exactly as advertised! It was clean, spacious, and close proximity to the beach. My family and I went to the property for the 4th of July and were greatly surprised by how close it was to the fireworks at the bayside park on 125 street. Overall, it was a great time!

My husband and I had a great vacation! The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was literally steps from the ocean! The beach wasn't too busy. It was a perfect location!

We thought the place we stayed in was very clean and nice. That’s a huge plus. But the two men in the office were very rude. Swearing at us and just plain rude!!! Was an older gentlemen and a younger guy. Was a big turn off!! Again the condo was very nice and clean!

Great couples getaway

Very clean 1 bedroom condo away from all the downtown OC craziness but within walking distance of entertainment, great restaurants and Dumster’s Ice Cream. We loved the keyless entry and the off street parking. Both were welcome after a long drive. This condo really is a gem. Between the super short walk to the beach, one of the few chair and umbrella rentals right there and the wonderful deck overlooking the pool and ocean, we spent 90% of our time outside. Our only real complaints were that there is no cable, zero storage space to put bathroom towels and washcloths and we had no hangers to hang up clothes in the closet. You can tell they are updating everything and its a work in progress. Not sure you will find a better, cleaner condo at this price-point this close to the beach.
