Tucked back off the street, it’s surrounded by greenery giving you the ultimate privacy, while being in the heart of the boro. The large back yard and deck gives you space to stretch your legs and enjoy outside.

Charming Annual Girls Trip

This was my second time staying at this lovely home for my annual girls trip in Stonington. It’s the perfect location with walkable restaurants, water views, shopping, and beautiful neighborhoods. Close to amazing wineries and downtown Westerly, and beautiful beach towns. The house was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and was quick to respond to all messages! We’ll be back next year!

Quick Visit

Bennett was a very helpful and responsive host. The property was in a great location in Stonington. The property itself is an old carriage house and it has character. We were only there a short period of time but it provided the space we needed for our family.

Weekend lodging to visit family

We loved staying in Stonington Borough and enjoyed walking around downtown, the quiet streets at night, and a very comfortable stay. Booking, check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend

Perfect place to begin and end a busy day!

Perfect spot nestled away with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Clean and well kept. Close to local attractions. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Stonington

Had an excellent stay here. The property was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful backyard and seating area. It was extremely quiet and calm, and we loved the short walk into the town to grab food and ice cream. Bennett was extremely communicative. Really couldn't have had a better low-key time away with family. Thank you so much!

I'll preface this with saying that this is the first VRBO review I've left in the dozens of properties we've stayed at over the years. This is also our 7th rental in Stonington Boro so I have a good idea of what the standards are here in town. As for the good: The backyard really is huge and a rarity in the Boro with lots of grass to run and play. The location is also great being just a block from Indulge for coffee and the library and and an easy walk to anything on Water Street. Ben, the property manager, is also fairly responsive but... The bad: This property is at best bare bones basic and at worst just not

Nice stay

Nice stay in Stonington. The host was very friendly and helpful. Cute house/property and the town is very cute too. Easy drive to Mystic. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Summer Trip

This property was perfect for our quick summer trip to the Stonington area. It was the ideal location, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream while being only a short drive to Mystic and Watch Hill. The unit had more than enough space for our family of four plus my mother-in-law. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Wonderful quaint place to explore and enjoy Stonington. Easy walk to restaurants, meander historic streets, and quick drive to Mystic. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and easy to find.

A wonderful stay!

This place was even better than the pictures! The location was perfect to walk to the restaurants and beach in Stonington. The house was clean, more spacious than we thought it would be, and the backyard/porch was a perfect place to hang outside!

Thanksgiving Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location! Walking distance to everything. The only downfall was that the pull out couch was not comfortable. We would stay again!

Girls Weekend

I stayed at this lovely property for a girls’ weekend with myself, my 2 years old daughter, and two of my friends. The house was so spacious and charming! I loved the old windows! It was local to so many wonderful places (ice cream, winery, restaurants, a fun farmers market, Westerly, RI, and more!) the host was very accommodating when we asked if we could check in early. 10/10 would go back again!

Exceptional!

This is a really great place, with all one would need during vacation. We really enjoyed staying here. It is the second time this year, and we plan to come back again next year. We just love Stonington and the surrounding area.

Wonderful spot in the Borough!

We had a great stay at this property which is very conveniently located near the center of town. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Our kids could walk to camp at NESS. It is larger than it looks online and very comfortably fit our family of 5. We look forward to returning!

We loved staying at this property, it is close to the Main Street in Stonington where you can walk around and it was only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Adorable

Really sweet property in the most adorable setting. Perfect for a short stay for our family of four. Love being able to walk everywhere, super quiet area, and close to beaches. We had zero issues for which we had to reach out to Bennett, however we ended up arriving super early and he was very quick to respond when I asked about checking in early. Thank you!!

Born and raised in Stonington, I've been traveling the world for the past 10 years as an engineer on private yachts. I've seen some amazing places, but i always return home to Stonington. In my spare time, i purchased this home in 2017 as a fun renovation project. Some would have said to tear it down and start new, but I've always loved the history and uniqueness of old houses so my dad and I completely renovated it over a year and a half, turning it into what it is today. I'm proud of our work, and excited to share it with you.

The boro is an amazing place filled with history and character. The perfect combination of being walking distance to restaurants, parks, the beach, and marinas, while still feeling like you have your own space to retreat to. Many of the houses in the area are private seasonal residences so it never feels overcrowded.
