Welcome to our home at the beach! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our 7th floor corner wrap around balcony offers views of the morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wonderful beach view and private bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two full-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds and it's own balcony overlooking the island and a view of the bay. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen television with an Amazon Fire Stick for you to stream your favorite subscriptions . Our condo comfortably sleeps 8 people.

LIVING/KITCHEN
The open living area has modern, comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean through the wall of windows! You will find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional bar area with a small beverage refrigerator, and we have a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room.

AMENITIES
Our condo has cable television in the living room and master bedroom and wi-fi throughout. We provide plenty of beach towels, an umbrella, 4 chairs and a beach wagon for your use.

Property amenities include a hot tub, pool & kiddie pool, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball and gated private parking lot. It's a short walk to some of the islands best restaurants, shops, entertainment and even the grocery store!

This is a NO SMOKING condo and NO PETS ALLOWED.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS IS 25 YEARS OR OLDER. Primary renter must occupy the unit.

ATTN Spring Breakers: This complex will accept reservations only for families. No Spring Break activity will be allowed to the risk of eviction without REFUND.
