Ceci est un beau condo 2BR / 2BA à Saida Towers. Il s’agit d’un penthouse dans l’un des bâtiments situés devant le golfe du Mexique. La vue est spectaculaire! Ce condo est aussi. Il a été récemment rénové. C'est frais, propre et beau! Saida 2606 a une merveilleuse sensation de plage et peut accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a un beau lit king size dans votre suite principale ainsi qu'une vue incroyable. La deuxième chambre a une reine et un lit superposé. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine est remarquable. Les comptoirs en granit sont magnifiques. La cuisine est neuve et bien fournie. Vous allez adorer cuisiner dans cette cuisine. Vous disposez également de Smart TV et de téléviseurs haute vitesse pour rester connecté au monde extérieur!

Le complexe Saida Towers est l’un des plus grands, sinon le plus agréable de l’île. Ce condo est situé dans une communauté privée et fermée. Cette belle unité donne sur 3 piscines, 3 bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un bar au bord de la piscine et un grill et de la plage.

Vous serez à distance de marche de nombreux magasins, restaurants et cafés. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour se trouve à proximité! L'île de South Padre a beaucoup à offrir!

Well appointed condo with a great view!

I rented this condo with parents. The location is great. We were visiting my brother and his family who live in Donna. Everything was as described. We had a couple meals in, and the kitchen had everything we needed, less an ice cream scoop. We brought an extra roll of paper towel and toilet paper, which was needed in addition to what was provided. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and linens were provided. We loved the view and spent a lot of time looking out. It was also nice to have a bar on site. We loved the grilled fish sandwich from the tiki hut. There was another review that mentioned a dirty floor. We experienced the same thing, while it didn’t appear dirty, our socks and feet let us know otherwise. We used the laundry on the first floor- you do need quarters for the machine. We really enjoyed this condo and will likely be back. Thank you!

Property is beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Our host Katherine was very helpful and gracious. Had a fantastic time and would love to stay there again. we arrived late at night but with the keypad it was easy. What was so helpful was there was coffee for the morning and power cream. Perfection on Padre!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got home from a 3 week stay at Sunrise on the Beach. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We have rented many condos from HomeAway, VRBO and such, but this was by far the most seamless, organized and customer service forward experience we have had. Billie and staff at Rent on Padre were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a Perfect stay! Now - as far as the condo goes, it was really lovely. The parking lot is gated but we never had to wait to enter. We were always able to park very near to the building. The elevator was a real plus, as the condo was located on the top floor. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The grounds, common building areas, pool areas (there are 3 lovely pools! And a little Tiki Bar.), boardwalk to the beach, etc were all perfectly clean at all times. Great staff! Swimming in the pool was great - and long walks on the beautiful beach were a real plus!The unit itself was phenomenal. Perfectly sized kitchen with everything needed. A large dining table area and stools by the counter provided lots of places to sit and enjoy a meal. The living room was comfortable and had a large easy to operate television. Each of the two bathrooms were perfectly appointed. The master bedroom was comfortable and had a great mattress. Also another TV for night viewing in bed. The second bedroom had a tv as well. Two bunk beds and a double bed. Each bedroom had a large closet which was great! The best part of the condo, though was the massive Lanai! It is facing the water and every morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. Hours of sitting on the covered lanai gazing at the water was all I needed to relax. Anyways, you get the picture! It was perfect and beautiful. I hope we can go back soon!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Very clean and beautiful. The amazing balcony and view couldn’t be beat! We called and asked if we could check in a little early and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a very spacious condo. The view was really exceptional. The condo doesn’t have any beach gear or a washer and dryer. But it had everything else. And there is a washer and dryer on the premises.

Was very disappointed that I had to clean the Ceiling fans myself because I just didn't want to have to look at them that way knowing how much money I spent there. Also, our feet turned black walking on the tiled floor. Probably will not use this company or stay at this facility in the future. On a positive note, the location was superb!

The balcony is large and has a great view of the ocean. It's on the top floor so no neighbors above, so it's pretty quiet. The location is fantastic. There are many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can walk out to the beach. Great ammenities. If you bring your dog with you there is an area for the dogs with dog waste bags. The only complaints I have is that there are no instructions for the entertainment system. I could only get the TV to work. I was unable to get the DVD to work. Additionally there were quite a few sugar ants in the kitchen area. You can't leave any food crumbs anywhere or the ants will be all over everything.

Worth every bit and more

The gated parking along with security constantly walking around was very reassuring. They were also very helpful. From the parking to the room, we enjoy every bit of it. Pool was great, beach was GREAT, the few was AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and book it! Just do it!

Great Stay in South Padre

The condo was great and has beautiful ocean front views. Arriving was easy, we just punched in the code and that was it. No keys or cards involved. We wished they would have put a sponge to wash diches (we had to buy our own). Further, there was no bathroom soap or shampoo. Other than that, internet and cable TV worked great, and we appreciated the beach chairs made available as well.
