This was an extremely clean condo. We were very comfortable all week. We vacationed with multiple teenagers and everyone had their own space to hang out. The view from the balcony was great. No complaints from anyone about this property. All had an amazing vacation.

This condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable with great views. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a small crockpot. Which made beach days easier knowing dinner was cooking.

Very nice property, clean and spacious. Only complaint is that the beds were all very firm and not very comfortable. there were 3 remotes for each of the televisions making it difficult to figure out which one worked what function. Dryer didn't work that great but did ok. Otherwise the location anr the stay was perfect, exactly what was expected. Would definitely book again !

Outstanding Condo and Facility!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tidewater is a well oiled machine. If you like organization, structure and safety, then this is the place for you! One caution... stay away from 4pm check in as the elevators can be a 30 minute wait.

Everything about the listing was accurate and as portrayed. Rooms were very clean and my family was thrilled with the space. 7 of us all felt comfortable and not cramped like some condos make you feel. This is a great property for large families/multiple families. Plenty of utensils, appliances, pots/pans were available for us to cook breakfast before heading down to the beach each morning. The bar seating plus kitchen table gave plenty of seating for all of us. I also was pleased with the checkout list. It was very easy to follow and not a long drawn out list like some hosts have required from us before. Take out trash, load the dishwasher, put used towels on floor of bathroom. All very reasonable requests. The only thing I’d mention is that the bunk beds were a little firm. It didn’t bother our littles, but a new mattress or mattress pad would make a big difference. We would not hesitate to book with this host in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was amazing. You had a full view of the ocean from the balcony and a full view of the city on the other side of the balcony. It was nice and had plenty of space and was just minutes from pier park. Ocean was literally feet away.

A bunch of friends and myself flew to Panama City Beach for a wedding. This location was great…walking distance to the beach, and close to many activities. The unit was large and spacious - exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall the stay was amazing, location was perfect. Walking distance to most everything. The elevators were quite challenging and lot's of angry people, but we just planned according every time we were needing to use the elevator service
