One thing,1. More information needed for additional parking. Not until I agreed to pay the extra 40.00 was I informed is all GREEN marked curbs were used, you were out of luck for a place to park.But may I say, all in all it was a very nice place to stay. Clean, plenty of towels etc, great views, plenty of carts for moving clothes etc. into unit, bed's very comfortable. All in all a great place to spend time on Panama Beach.

Tropic Winds

Great condo. Plenty of room for our large family, and a bathroom for every bedroom. It was awesome. Huge balcony. Great beach. The only two minor issues I had was not enough parking (had to park across the street) and all the shower/tubs had slow drains, so after about one minute in the shower you were already standing in water. Other than that, no complaints. Would rent again.

We stay here every trip to the beach. The only thing that wasn’t fantastic was the bathroom sinks and tubs did not drain well. Other than that, we love Tropic Winds 607 and will continue to be back as long as the price is right!! It’s a beautiful condo, check in is a breeze, the balcony is huge, and we love the quieter west end. It is far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to stores, food, fun, etc.

Overall, great place to stay.Pros: big balcony, fast elevators, oceanfront, helpful staff, beach accessCons: we had to clean countertops and bathrooms on arrival, was not thorough. Keurig was broken (host graciously replaced within 1 day), parking pass was an extra 40 and the parking wasn't guaranteed even after paying. This was not clear prior to arrival. We didn't have trouble this week finding a spot. However, paying for a 4 bedroom condo I expected more parking.Check-in time is 4-6pm and checkout 10am. You lose almost a whole day. That was my fault for not reading closely. Felt wrong to not be allowed on the property that late and still being charged a full day. They did end up getting us in by 330p. This was latest time I have seen in 20 years going to beachLastly, we were fined 25 for having a shovel with steel tip at beach. No posted signage in condo, agreement, or beach this was illegal. Many other beachgoers were using. Be aware Thanks!

Great views, accommodations were accurately described. Only issues is we couldn’t get one balcony door to open, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. They offered to come out right away to fix it, but it wasn’t that important so we told them not to bother.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in this condo. So nice to have bathrooms and bedrooms for each family. The balcony was a wonderful size with comfortable furniture. So nice to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the ocean.

Enjoyable Stay

Amazing view of the Beach and very spacious for a large party. Only small complaint was that the parking was a little confusing. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
