Complètement rénové! Ce magnifique 3 chambres dispose de 3 salles de bain complètes. Avec 2 maîtres offrant des lits King Size et une 3ème chambre complète avec un lit Queen, voici le plan d'étage le plus grand chez Celadon à 300 m² - Ce condo a été entièrement rénové en 2017 et est situé sur le coin ouest du 12ème étage.

Cette unité a un balcon d'angle orienté vers l'ouest, enveloppant pour la meilleure vue de la plage PANAMA CITY. C'est directement sur la plage avec une belle vue dégagée jusqu'à Destin. Celadon est la dernière grande tour de 15 milles, vous ne voyez donc plus que B et A par vos fenêtres!

Cette unité comprend l’un des rares espaces de stationnement privés sous le complexe, à côté de la plage et de l’ascenseur. Il y a une grande salle familiale avec un canapé-lit queen-size et des fenêtres partout pour voir le magnifique sable blanc de sucre de "Les plus belles plages du monde ..."

Cette unité comprend un service de chaise de plage! Vous recevrez chaque jour deux chaises de plage rembourrées et un parasol ... sans frais supplémentaires!

The room was beautiful and well-equipped. High-quality appliances added to our comfort. We cook most of our meals and found nearly everything needed to make things easy in the cabinets. Appreciated the good communication throughout.

A great old to stay!

From the day we arrived, everything was great! The condo was in great condition and all necessary essentials were available! The view of the beach was spectacular! Our hosts were very efficient and friendly and resolved any issues immediately. Would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to stay!😊

Beach vacation

When I walked into this condo I was so happy. It is very much as listed. Clean and orderly and very well stocked. The only problem I had was the soda was uncomfortable but I passed this along to the agent and she passed this to the owner so I hope this gets upgraded. Elevators were the fastest I ever encountered and the parking space was a plus!

Beautiful, well stocked, and comfortable

My three teenage daughters and I stayed here for a week, and it was fantastic! The condo was lovely, we didn't want or need for anything, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were great about staying in contact with us, even to the point of texting the day of our arrival to make sure we arrived safely, as well as the day before our departure to see if we had any questions regarding the process. The building was nice, the pools were clean, and everyone was friendly. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Dream Condo

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are in a beautiful dream. With each step it gets better. The condo was furnished immaculately. Coffee table book's that we actually read and looked at because they were so great!. All bedrooms were described perfectly. The kitchen was beyond. There was a nice starter of coffee, filters, sugar, creamer, even frying oil. There wasn't anything that this kitchen lacked. For our group, the extras that weren't listed totally made our trip! Beach towels, cooler, PW drink mugs. Flying from oos these things are a HUGE plus with us. The furniture was comfortable, the patio was pristine and there was plenty of seating on the balcony. Absolutely a beautiful condo in Paradise!

Celadon Property Not Motorcycle Friendly!!!! This is about the property, not our unit. Great Unit!

There was 8 people on 6 motorcycles and one car down for Thunder Beach in Panama City Beach at the Celadon with a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom condo. The staff of VRBO and HAVEN Property Management were great, but the Celadon Property is not motorcycle friendly. The HMO made everyone pay a fee for parking. First if I pay for 4 nights for 2 units, I should not pay another fee for, parking each motorcycle or car. Give me a space per unit and charge over that O.K. Charge for a space and let me fit all the bikes I can in it O.K.. We have always been responsible (we have stayed there 5 times before) and park all our bikes in one space. No this wasn't good enough for the GREEDY HMO. They want their money for every bike, then tell you to park multiple bikes in one space all on floor 3 & 4. It would be safer for the motorcycles to be on the first floor so have less chance of someone backing out in front of you going to the 3rd or 4th floor. A car takes one space and is charged one fee. Why are we parking 2 bikes in one space and being charged double. Then you tell me to park on level 3 & 4. If we must park on 3 & 4 then keep the cars off those floors. Second if you think I am paying for a space and then going to double up, you are mistaken. If you do not want motorcycles on your property, then have the nerve to say it up front. AGAIN, the unit we stayed in was great and VRBO and Haven Property Management were very nice, but the double standard for motorcycles by the GREEDY HMO is wrong.

Summer Family vacation at Celadon

Great time with family with easy beach access. Great for hosting and relaxing, only issue was 1 of 3 elevators not working the first couple of days (and they smelled pretty bad). Still a great stay and the elevators were working and cleaned mid-week before we left.

Celedon Resort #1209 Review for 8/14-28/2021

The unit was gorgeous & the view was spectacular. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, & well-stocked; all needs were well-thought-out. They even had hair dryers, which I didn't find until the day that we left because I didn't open all of the drawers in the bathrooms until I was checking to make sure that nobody left anything behind. So, that was all my own fault, really, but they ARE there. :) Everything was so nice & we felt so at home that we didn't even mind having to hunker down during Tropical Storm Fred; we just played board games that we bought ahead of time in preparation for the storm (& have actually left in the unit for future guests - btw, that Clue game was missing cards when we opened it, so don't blame us!) & had a great time, together. The building is conveniently located near Pier Park & other attractions, but tucked just over the border of West PCB which is less crowded & much quieter. Also, the parking provided with this particular unit was extremely convenient. Finally, the owners were extremely nice & very easy to work with & to contact. They even checked in with us, periodically, during our two week stay to make sure that we had everything we needed, & that everything was going well. What a lovely place to spend the end of the Summer!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. It was close to a lot of things, but far enough away from the busy, “party” end of PCB. We loved having Alvin’s Island souvenir shop right across the road. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views were amazing. This condo is perfect for families, especially ones with children. They provide 3 beach chairs along with the two padded chairs with the umbrella that you can pick out on the beach. They also have many things for the beach, including boogie boards, a net, a float (which my 6 year old LOVED) it was the only way she would go in the ocean when it was rough. They also have a beach bag you can use. Kendall was VERY friendly and helpful. She checked in multiple times via text message to see how things were going and to answer any questions. There are 2 pools at the condo. We went to one briefly but mostly spent all of our time on the beach. One pool is directly under the building, close to the beach. The other one is across the road near the parking garage. The furniture in the condo is very comfortable. The only issue we had was the rug in the living room was extremely slick. Every time someone would walk across it, the rug would slide and cause them to almost fall. Other than that we have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and we can not wait to return!
