This Convenient Mid-City Apartment is within walking distance to some of New Orleans' most iconic neighborhood restaurants, watering holes, & the Street Car (Trolley) line for access to French Qtr. City Park, Art Museums, and Cemeteries.

Walk up 4 steps to a porch with small table and chairs for relaxing outside. Enter into a brightly lit living room with high ceilings and 2 large windows, large sleeper sofa, TV with Roku, coffee table, and desk/work area. Next enter into the bedroom which has a queen bed, Roku TV, and large chest of drawers. Down the hall from this bedroom is a full bathroom, and small kitchen with dining area. The washer and dryer are located in a closet adjacent to the dining area.

This cozy Mid-City apartment is located in a house that is over 100 years old and in one of the best neighborhoods in New Orleans. It is the perfect place to recharge and cool off between sight-seeing, dining, and experiencing everything that New Orleans has to offer. Working from home during the day, and vacationing at night? Fast WiFi, hot coffee and a nice desk, make it easy to balance work and play.

Vacances en famille nous étions trois personnes tout s'est très bien passé Andrew et très réactif l'emplacement est très bon car le tramway est à une centaine de mètres il y a de quoi se garer devant la maisonLe logement est très propre il y a toutes les commodités

Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was perfectly sized for my partner and I. The location was great. The night we arrived we easily found parking, dropped off our bags, and then walked around the corner for a bite to eat. The bathroom is a little small but it didn't detract from the charm of the place. If you are visiting New Orleans this is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful place...thin walls, you can hear otber people in next apartment, but that does not detract from the comfort, hot water, thermostat/heating, & ease of travel to and from French quarter and airport (apartment is right in between both)!

Great Location

You can see the streetcar from the porch. Only a block away! Small, but clean and has everything you need. You don't spend much time there anyways as you will be out enjoying the city. Great neighborhood. Safe to walk.

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved this rental! The location can't be beat. The apartment was super cute and comfortable. The aminities and attention to detail was so well thought out, like little baskets for toiletries, coffee condiments and a britta pitcher. We will definitely be back! stay here next time we come to NOLA

I was happy with my experience here and felt that the pricing was fair and Andrew was very transparent/communicative about what is nearby. As a solo traveler I felt safe and I liked how the surrounding neighborhood felt.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the back door (kitchen) does not open. I feel that this could be a hazard in an emergency situation. The front door is your only way in and out. The property was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend close enough to the city, but far enough away to avoid the craziness and noise

Not for light sleepers, but otherwise very nice

Andrew is easy to communicate with and sends you everything you need beforehand. Convenient location, clean and set up well. My only note is that the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will probably wake up to neighbors coming home, talking, etc.

Really enjoyed our stay in Andrew’s unit. GREAT location with nice local restaurants and easy streetcar access to the French Quarter. Nice neighborhood. Very nice apartment. Would definitely rent it again!

Great choice for a NOLA visit.

The entire booking process went smoothly. The host was extremely sweet and prompt with calls. The place is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood in the center of French Quarter, Frenchmen St and Canal St. Will definitely book again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. Andrew gave great dining recommendations (we loved Katie’s) and we were very close to the Trolley. Would come back again!

Great Mid-City Location

Location Is key to this mid-city unit. Walking distance to streetcar with easy access to French Quarter and any other location in New Orleans, including local restaurants. Reasonably priced, clean, and all of the comforts of home. Great communication with Andrew. Would definitely recommend!!

Comfortable home in great location

This unit was comfortable and convenient for my friend and I on our trip to NOLA. Really close to a streetcar route and in the middle of a bunch of cool neighborhoods and things to do. We felt safe and comfortable here; it wasn’t the fanciest place but I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great affordable option!

Very good place to stay!

I was here for one month and this was a great place to stay in NOLA! It’s 10-20 minutes from the French Quarter, Garden District, and Uptown. If you’re coming for Mardi Gras, the Uber fare from here will be around $40-$45, but worth it. You’ll be away from chaos and right in front of one of the biggest parades (Endymion). Mid City has a lot to offer within walking/biking distance to anything you’d want to do in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a great restaurant just down the sidewalk! The greenway is also right around the corner and there are bike rentals there. The space itself is nice and bigger than expected from the photos! It’s an older style, so just be aware that you will hear neighbors upstairs and beside you. Most importantly, Andrew is an amazing host. Very friendly, communicative, and helpful for anything you may need. When I’m back, this is my choice 👌
