This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from La Cocina, Pizza by the Sea, Wild Olives, Pescado, La Crema, and Forbes 4-Star Havana Beach Bar & Grill inside The Pearl. Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Village of South Walton.*

The Village Towne Centre features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Village of South Walton.

*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

Nice and clean! Wonderful place. Only 2 suggestions: by defrosting the refrigerator freezer, it will be much more efficient. Was really surprised by the tub,fall risk because of the slope design.

Amazing place

This property is perfect for couples! Got to check in early the day of arrival & the place was outstanding. The location is perfect for Seacrest with all the shopping and restaurants steps away and a tram stop just outside the building for the beach. Will be booking this place again in the future!!!

Best weekend getaway!

We loved how close we were to shops, restaurants, and the beach! We parked on Friday and did not drive our whole entire stay. Plenty to do in the area it is located. Very clean and great room.

Couples vacation

My husband and i were looking for a spot we could walk to restaurants, the beach, and shops. This place exceeded my expectations! Multiple walkable places to eat. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The beautiful architectural of the homes and hotels were so beautiful it felt like you were in a different country. The commons area had live music on the weekend and a farmers market on Sunday. This was a perfect getaway for us. The room is so affordable so we chose to eat out most of the time. Pool and hot tub we steps away. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable. The only thing that might disturb people was the door in the hallway shuts real loud. But i knew that from reading reviews so it was ok. We went before the Thanksgiving holiday so it wasn’t too busy. We flew into Destin airport to get a non-stop flight. And it was an hour drive. Not bad at all. Rosemary Beach is a gem that most people don’t know about. I’m glad we found it.

Weekend Getaway

Accurately advertised. Was good for a long weekend trip for two. Manager was very attentive and we were unexpectedly able to access the property at noon which was very nice. Great location in the middle of 30a, easy walk to Rosemary and an easy drive to Seaside. Beach tram was very nice to have and we were always picked up quickly. There is not any storage like a dresser so you pretty much have to live out of your suitcase, but if this doesn’t bother you then it’s a great little spot. Very comfortable bed, everything seemed clean in the unit. Nicely decorated. There was a bit of hair leftover on the throw pillows and in the bathroom which was bothersome, but not necessarily the property manager’s fault. The unit is conveniently located next to elevator and stairs, but is directly next to the door leading into the building which slams loudly and shakes the wall. This settled down by later in the evening though and was not disruptive at night. The shower/tub is not completely flat, it is awkwardly angled when you stand in it so it may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. None of these things were complaints for us personally, just wanted to point them out in case it is something that would matter to someone else. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the peddler's pavilion able to sit outside, eat, and listen to music. The room was clean but really small if staying a couple of days not bad but if stayed longer would rent a studio that was larger and had more space. The management team responded quickly to text messages. The only negative thing whoever handles the property itself needs to fix the outside door the anti-slam part was missing so every time anyone went out or in the door would slam and the room was near that entrance.

Such a cute spot! Perfect for our 2 night stay in 30A. Easily walkable to places and the beach was about a 10min walk for us. Bring your wristbands to the beach!! We forgot ours & had to walk back. There’s a nice coffee spot right below the building that we enjoyed and also a Mexican spot that had a good happy hour.

Just okay

The property was fine, however the noise was terrible – obviously not the owners fault just something to be aware of when booking. I was disappointed in the lack of communication with the host…we reached out twice regarding a TV issue and never received a response.

Ideal for 2

Perfectly comfortable room, inviting decor, only negative upstairs neighbor (not sure if renter too) LOUD! Other than that noise nuisance..,could not hear too much additional outside noise and room itself was planned with space saving in mind,….Including a drying rack on back of bathroom door. Only recommendation new, softer bed sleeping pillows.

Perfect stay

Even though we were hardly in the room, overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again. Our only review would be that the main entrance door is extremely loud as people come and go and therefore woke us up throughout the night since the door was not a soft closing door. It would aggressively slam shut and making such loud noises in our room.

Perfect Location, Good Unit

This condo is in the perfect spot to walk to three separate destinations: Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. The unit was as advertised, our biggest suggestion would be to add somewhere to put luggage - there is literally nowhere to store a suitcase except the floor, as there's no closet space, luggage rack, or drawers in the room. The small size of the room wasn't a problem as we spent most of our time at the pool (not too crowded and great relaxing), the beach (short 7 minute walking distance), and the towns (fantastic shopping, restaurants, and general walking around). The live music downstairs at night, combined with the food and drink stalls, made this a great place to stay. Once again this is the absolute best location on 30A as you can get to three separate towns quite easily.
