As you enter the Villages of South Walton, which is nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, you realize that you have made the right choice for your relaxing vacation. The moment you step into your beach style condo, which has a cottage feel, your world slows down. This cozy studio condo has it all. Enjoy the comfortable queen bed, love seat sofa, dining for two and a kitchenette. The condo is within walking distance to the famous Emerald Coast beaches and is located on the renowned scenic 30A. The Village offers 2 pools and a tram service right beside your building. The tram will take you to the beach access if you choose not to walk. For more information about the area, download the 30A app and you can find information on all of the restaurants and upcoming events near this area. Great Stay

My stay was great. The condo is basic, but equipped with everything you need. The owner was extremely responsive and assisted with a slight issue I needed her assistance with. Location is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

The location of this cozy condo is perfect - so much is walkable and the bike rental is extremely convenient as well. The host was very responsive and attentive as well!

Wedding weekend

Needed a small place for my husband and I to stay for the weekend. We were at the beach to attend a wedding. Loved that we were able to walk everywhere. The beach, shopping, dinner in Rosemary, coffee shops. It was perfect!

Great for short stay with kids

Very much enjoyed this studio style condo, just across the street from a beautiful pool complex. Thankfully, the walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes because we found the tram service extremely unpredictable. Reported to be short staffed as everything else in this era. This is a busy area, as preferred by my preteen with access to pizza, live music, and ice cream just around the corner. I enjoyed the peace of the pool and the beach after about 4:00. All in all, wonderful for a short trip.

Perfect beach getaway

This was the perfect place for our beach getaway! My husband and I love coming to the area and our unit was very clean and we appreciated the dehumidifier. Debby was so responsive throughout the whole process and we would love to stay here again.

Very convenient

Had a great stay at Sans Souci very clean studio. Things just close really early only disadvantage but no big deal great getaway weekend great place to stay.

Our son has a home in Seacrest Beach and we all went there for Thanksgiving. We decided to get our own room so we would have a quiet place to go to since his house was so busy. It was very nice with lots of reading material. It was well decorated and very clean. Also, footsteps away from his house. It worked out great.!

Amazing Couple Getaway!

We greatly enjoyed every minute spent in this beautiful condo. So many things walking distance, they are so close you don’t even have to rent bikes necessarily! Everyone is so friendly and inviting in this area. We will be back for sure.
