Bord de rivière Redwood - Jacuzzi et dégustations inclus

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, beautiful views, and river. Our pet policy asks that dogs not be left unattended unless they are safely crated. Dogs can become anxious in an unfamiliar home, sometimes resulting in excessive barking, panic, or accidents and damage to furnishings. For the safety of the dogs and the home, we ask guests to either crate their dogs when away or bring them along. This policy is disclosed prior to booking so guests can determine whether the home is the right fit for their pets. The river is accessed directly from the property by concrete steps. When water levels are exceptionally low, the river can fall below the final step, which may have been the case during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location and that the space met your needs during your time in Sonoma Wine Country. We strive to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay, so we appreciate your note about comfort and will keep it in mind as we continue making enhancements. Regarding early check-in, we truly wish we could have accommodated your request. Our cleaning team needed the full turnover window to properly prepare the home after the previous guest’s departure, and we never want to compromise cleanliness or quality. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the chance to host you again in the future.
