You're welcome to enjoy a bottle of wine from the collection showcasing local wineries, and you can even leave a bottle to pay it forward.

LIVING AREA
The living room is a haven of relaxation with its glass slide-away doors that seamlessly connect you with the great outdoors. Here, you can unwind on a comfortable sectional while enjoying the vineyard view and the fresh air. A reading room offers a quiet retreat, complete with a daybed and queen dual zone airbed.

KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and polished quartz Cesarstone countertops. It's well-equipped with cookware and gadgets, and the gas range simplifies stovetop cooking. You can gather at the three-person breakfast bar or the six-person dining table when it's time to enjoy your culinary creations.

BED & BATH
Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the main deck. Convenient shades are available for privacy.

In the primary suite, you'll find a king bed, a gas fireplace, and high ceilings. The en-suite bathroom is elegantly appointed with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest room is inviting with a cozy king bed, and the guest bathroom features a finely tiled tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
This property is a slice of paradise, offering a private vineyard, well-manicured grounds, and two decks. Outdoor amenities include bocce, cornhole, a pool, hot tub, and ample seating for outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy your evening cookouts using the Weber gas grill with an outdoor cook station and gather around the gas firepit for stories and stargazing.

Another deck at the front of the home provides lovely views of gardens, a fountain, and the picturesque California countryside.

THE LOCATION
Your wine country retreat is just minutes from popular restaurants and wineries, and the festivals of Healdsburg Plaza are less than 1 mile away. Seghesio Family Vineyards (1.5 miles) is a favorite destination for zinfandels. If you're in the mood for outdoor adventures, pack a picnic and head to Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (3.4 miles).
