Fairway Terrace is a safe, well-maintained and gated community in Waikoloa Village.
Our second level (no elevator/lift) newly furnished vacation home is not only a place to stay but to enjoy with all its Hawaiian touches as well as that of our own Polynesian and Filipino cultureâŠsuch as the artwork from local artists, tapas and fans from Samoa, and capiz tea lights and art from the Philippines.
We wanted to keep our condo cozy yet airy, breezy and light. A place to leave your worries behind. With the garden view from the lanai, our condo is protected from the sun as it doesnât shine directly into our unit.
We love the Waikoloa Village area for its serenity, calm end breezy atmosphere. Itâs a short drive to several beautiful beaches, shopping and eateries without feeling touristy.

Unit is on the second floor with 15 steps to front door. Elevator/lift is not available.
