Fantastic location with easy access to golf, beaches, and mountains!
The condo was a great place to stay while visiting our neice. The views are wonderful and the home is well appointed and comfortable. We like this part of the island for it's location to so many beaches and attractions.
We stayed here for 7 nights in December and loved it! We were able to explore all the places on big island easily. The condo had a lot of items available which was really nice and convenient (ice chest, chairs, boogie boards, bags, pickleball paddles, coffee, and more). Close to a grocery store and the community pool. Very quiet and was amazing to have a nice view to look out at.
This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnnyâs restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also walking distance just across the road. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our host was also very responsive to some questions we had. I highly recommend!!

Big Island Stay w Lanai, Golf Course
Check in was as expected and convenient location. Only about 15 min drive from a beach. The description advised "with A/C" and this was VERY POOR at best. AC did not work at all, took owner until day before we left to even try to attend to such issue. Light bulbs in bathroom went out, I text'd owner who "said" she ordered from Amazon, but obviously never did as nothing came for the 10 days we were there. The bedroom was in the front with the heat of the sun pounding all day, so bedroom was always stuffy and difficult to sleep. Even with the windows open and 2 fans, was very uncomfortable. I would definitely NOT go back. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
We were so pleased with this well appointed and tastefully decorated condo adjacent to a golf course. We don't golf, but visitors are allowed to take walks on the golf course after hours. We are birders, and we were absolutely delighted to find that there were well over a hundred nene's (Hawaiian geese) living here! These birds are supposedly endangered, but the golf course is a nene sanctuary, it seems! We liked this location, which is not nearly expensive as Waikoloa Beach, but is not far from the beaches or from Waimea, where we enjoy their farmers markets. And just down the road is a great thrift shop--the Dusty Donkey Emporium!
