Retreat and unwind at this new construction, contemporary Spanish home. The property boasts a front courtyard, large 2nd story deck, million dollar views, and craftsman details throughout. Each bedroom feels like a master, with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Two large patios with 180 views and dining furniture, perfect for family or friends. Upstairs deck is equipped with furniture (lounger, dining set, etc...), perfect for sunset watching and dinner. Sits 2 blocks from downtown OB.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, spotless, and in the perfect location. We loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and more, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip.The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We loved our time here and would absolutely consider returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Our host, Billy, was amazing--responded immediately to all requests and questions. The view at this lovely home is to die for (an understatement). The home is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, etc. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location 10min walk to the beach or OB tide pools. Great views from 2nd level deck- lots of bird watching (coopers hawk & red masked parakeet) & amazing sunset view! I wasnt sure about spices, so I brought some but the kitchen is fully stocked with an assortment of spices. We loved the dining nook & comfortable furniture (couches & beds). Laundry room was stocked- We were happy to find laundry pods, fabric softener & dryer sheets for doing laundry. The property was beautiful, bathrooms were thoughtfully setup (I did a google search to find the sandalwood reed diffuser in the upstaira bathroom), and we felt welcomed with all the great amenities. Great place to celebrate my 50th with friends from different states!!

Home was perfect & can’t say enough about the absolutely beautiful view on the rooftop The bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious. The host, Bill, was very accommodating, prompt responses with my questions. Would definitely stay again…with family in the area, I’m sure we will revisit very soon!

This house was great! The house was very clean and you can walk to the beach and restaurants. It also has Beach chairs and beach toys to use including boogie boards! The views were also great!

Outstanding stay at the Spanish Dream Home. Outstanding views of Ocean Beach and incredible nightly sunset from the huge second level terrace. House was spacious and three bedrooms spread out evenly across the house to maximize space and privacy. The large kitchen would satisfy and group and the built in dining booth was perfect. Close to downtown Ocean beach but far enough away to offer quiet nights that allowed the windows to be open for ocean breeze. Billy was prompt with response and had arrival instructions ready upon landing. Can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Spot and Great Owner

This place is awesome! Great location, close to anything you want in OB, the owner is super chill and easy to deal with. The house is great, rooftop patio, hot tub, great living area and kitchen. Its quiet, comfortable, the bedrooms are all big and comfortable as well.100% recommend this spot if you ever want to go to SD or OB!!

Beautiful home in a great location! Easy walk to OB and the beach. The house was a perfect home-base for our daughter's wedding at the Thursday Club. Billy was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect Place

We had a fantastic time at this great property. The space was perfect for us (family of 4 with two teenagers who want separate space) and the sunsets on the upper patio are amazing!! The house is walking distance to some great restaurants and the Ocean Beach pier.

I took my daughter and daughter-in-law‘s on a little girls trip and this was a perfect location for us to be able to walk just about anywhere and get to the beach and still have enough room to have some quite space as well. Billy was easy to contact and quick to respond. Beautiful home and location.

Beautiful house and view. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to so many places. The house was immaculate, and communication with Billy was always prompt. Great property!

Billy's rental property is simply outstanding. Beyond being in a great location -- close (but not too close!) to the retail/bar/restaurant areas of OB -- the house is very well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The recent renovations to bedroom and bathroom areas in particular are really well done. We had an excellent stay and hope to return sometime soon!

Perfect Stay

My family and I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Billy's home. The house is in a great location, just a few blocks away from downtown Ocean Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
