Welcome to Greenbank! You will love this renovated cottage perfect for getaways. Strolling along a quiet country lane, sipping coffee/wine on the view deck with the warm fire pit, or in the fenced & very private back garden.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath rambler, 973 sqft. There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. All rooms are on one level but there are a few steps to entry.

**Home Highlights**
• Garage is not part of the rental, but you are welcome to park your cars in the driveway.
• Kitchen is fully stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments (salt & pepper), keurig coffee & tea
• Spacious Primary bedroom with a King bed & ensuite, secondary bedroom has a queen bed & hall bath.
• Living room has a pullout couch with a full mattress
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Spacious deck and private backyard for your entertainment needs

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Cellphone signal can be spotty. You might want to enable Wi-Fi calling/texting if your carrier allows.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
