Slip into your comfortable room, and gently lift the blackout shades to gaze at the lush garden view of The Lawn, just outside of the room. This is the iconic hotel, The Court, which recently underwent an 18-month restoration to bring the modern amenities that guests want with the memorable traits of the motor courts of yesteryear. All of this is only a few steps away from the sandy beach, with the Ruskin Street Pavilion right here (and the iconic Coleman Pavilion only a block away) for beach access.

You're ideally located close to all of the action, with the downtown Seaside area and its shops, restaurants, and the famous Airstream food trucks all just a minute away from your room. The Seaside Amphitheater with its many public programs is right next door. The latest addition, The Black Bear Bread Company is right on the property, for your morning delight.

The room has a queen-sized bed with luxurious Peacock Alley linens, and the room itself is furnished with Serena & Lily coastal-style pieces. There is a comfortable space to check email and work remotely in the desk nook. A large private bath with an expansive vanity provides the comfort you are looking for. The bathroom also features a marble tile shower with a rainfall shower head and wand. There is a fluffy bathrobe for use while you are staying here.

The 280 sq. ft. room has many modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Start the day at the in-room coffee station with a Nespresso maker, water glasses and an under-counter refrigerator. There is ample storage for all of your personal items. The room has extra soundproofing so that you won’t be disturbed by other guests. A wall-mounted Samsung smart TV and WIFI booster provide guests with entertainment options and strong Internet access. When it's time to hit the beach, bring along the beach towels provided for The Court's guests during your stay.
When it’s time to relax with coffee or a glass of wine, slip out onto the room’s private porch. The porch features a custom hanging bed complete with a throw.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
