The Court 7 – Queen is an adults-only luxury vacation rental in Seaside, Florida, ideal for guests seeking an elevated Florida Panhandle beach stay. Following a full 18-month restoration, this historic motor court blends vintage charm with thoughtful modern upgrades in an unbeatable location steps from the Gulf.

Each room overlooks The Court’s peaceful central garden and offers quick beach access via Coleman Pavilion, just 176 yards away. Every reservation includes a complimentary Cabana Man beach setup with two chairs and one umbrella, available seasonally from March 1 through November 30.

The interior features a queen bed with premium Peacock Alley sheets and towels, upscale Serena & Lily furnishings, and a built-in work desk. Guests enjoy a Nespresso coffee station, mini refrigerator, glassware, and generous storage throughout the room. The private bathroom includes a marble shower with rainfall head and wand, plush robes, and an oversized vanity.

Additional amenities include enhanced Wi-Fi with a dedicated booster, Samsung Smart TV, upgraded soundproofing, and daily room service upon request. A private porch with a hanging bed provides a comfortable outdoor space overlooking the garden.

Guests of The Court also receive access to Seaside amenities including swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, two Seaside Transit bicycles, and concierge services—making this one of the most comprehensive and well-located vacation rentals in the Florida Panhandle.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.

Best Anniversary Vacation

Only one hour from home but one of the best we have ever had. The location was perfect, the room was awesome and had a great vibe. It was private. It had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra clean towels. The manager checked on us many times by text and even put a bottle of wine in our room for our anniversary. Loved the bikes They were easy to get . Easy parking close to the room. . Lots of great food around. It was amazing. Will rent again for sure.

Cabana man was great to work with, nice to have a couple bikes, and the people with the court were extremely helpful. There was a dumpster across the road from our place that was dumped before 6 every morning, which made things interesting with the lights and backup alarms, etc. outside of that, the stay was great. Parking was an adventure, but that appears to just be seaside. We would stay again

The room and grounds were perfect, the location was the best thing - we could walk everywhere and even pop back in real quick if we forgot something or drop our shopping bags before going to eat. We loved that bike rentals and chair/umbrella rentals were included with our stay. It took the hassle of having to book/worry about the small details. We will definitely be returning to The Court!

Loved being connected to Black Bear so it’s a beautiful walk through the courtyard that is miraculously maintained by the sweetest woman on the property, Laverne! Everyday she took such great care of us and went above and beyond to make our trip special. She was such a gem and truly made our experience exceptional! You’ll be ready to book your next trip before you even leave. Can’t wait to visit again!
