Just up from the beach, this bright and comfortable four-bedroom house is ready to provide your family and friends with the vacation memories you deserve! You'll find the spacious interior filled with lots of comfortable furniture and coastal decor that combine to bring a relaxed atmosphere to the whole living space. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV while you stretch out on the luxurious living room sofa. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher, and you'll have all the counter space and cabinet storage you need to prepare wonderful meals while you're here. Serve up to six dinner guests at the handsome dining table while the kids chatter away from the three breakfasts bar stools. Off the kitchen, you'll find an expansive deck furnished with a private gas grill for hosting those hot-weather barbecues. After a day at the beach, use the private washer and dryer to rinse all the sand out of your beach clothes then take advantage of the free WiFi to research your next outdoor adventure. When it's time to head to bed, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, two on the first level and two more upstairs, each with private balcony access. The central AC and ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool during a hot summer night.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
