We live in the same building and will be delighted to welcome you. Written agreement to the House Rules is required before any reservation.

🏡 House Rules

We are happy to welcome respectful and calm guests into our private home—this is not a rental property purchased for profit, but a space we’ve lovingly designed and lived in ourselves.
Our approach is personal, not commercial.
By booking, you agree to the following rules, which form part of your rental contract under Abritel policy.


✅ Respecting the Space
• Shoes must be removed upon entering the apartment.
• The apartment must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival.
o This includes:
 Dishes washed, dried, and put away
 Fridge emptied and cleaned
 Garbage taken out
 Kitchen and bathroom surfaces wiped down (including limescale)
• The cleaning fee only covers laundry of sheets and towels, not general tidying or dishwashing.
• If the apartment is left unclean, a negative review will be left, and a cleaning charge may be applied.

🚪 Guests & Access
• Only registered guests are allowed. No outside visitors at any time.
• The full names of all guests must be provided at the time of booking.
• Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted.
• Do not place luggage on the bed to preserve bedding hygiene.
• No filming, smoking, or vaping in the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed. Entry will be denied and your reservation canceled without refund if this rule is violated.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out & Communication
• Check-in must be before 8:00 PM on your arrival day.
• Check-out must be after 9:00 AM on your departure day.
• Luggage storage is not available on departure day. Please use nearby luggage storage services at train stations.
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange the key handover.
• Personal check-in and key exchange include a short presentation of the apartment. If you're unable to accommodate this, we recommend booking an apartment with self-check-in.
• Communication is to be done exclusively via Abritel messaging.

💡 Additional Notes

• For stays longer than 10 days, a fresh set of linens and towels will be provided on request. No additional cleaning or linen services are included unless agreed upon in advance.
• The reservation must be made by and for the person staying. It is strictly forbidden to book on behalf of someone else (insurance and safety reasons).

📜 Final Reminder
The Abritel House Rules constitute a binding agreement. Non-compliance with any of the above may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and may affect your Abritel rating and future bookings.
