Our spacious and sunny home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to shopping, entertainment and more. House has 4 bedrooms, 3 queen sizes beds and 1 king size bed, respectively and 2 full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillow top side to have a great quality sleep.

Spacious open concept kitchen fully stocked and set up with high-end stainless steel appliances. You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, a sink to cook a delicious meal for your family. There are plenty of seating at the dining room (sits 4), the big dining table (sits 6) in our sun room, or the patio (sits 6) to enjoy meals, picnic, drinks with your family.

Living area has one comfortable sofa bed and 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.

One continuous brand new vinyl wood flooring throughout the house. There are no steps up and down the entire house. Bathrooms are completely refreshed with Marble Calacatta Glossy Ceramic Marble wall tiles, LED lights, brand new vanities, and toilets.

The whopping Master bedroom has one big king size bed, one office desk, chair, its own HVAC system, and its own couch. It's enough to sleep 4 people.

Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby. We are located close to the American River, kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have cameras at the front door and backyard for security reasons..
- Washer & Dryer only available for 3+ days stay as our Garage is closed for storage.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
