Pool maintenance- Please take note that our pool is scheduled for maintenace and cleaning every Wednesday first thing in the morning. Our pool maintenance staff goes to the backyard through our sidegate so you don't have to answer the door. It would not take him 30 minutes to finish and you may enjoy the pool right away once he's done!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, there are endless restaurants, shopping and activities to do within a 15 minute drive. The American River is only a couple miles away.

The entire property will be available for guests to use.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. We encourage you to focus on the amenities, location, and cleanliness that our home has to offer.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera by the front door. This device records audio and video 24/7.
Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
