From this centrally located country home and garden, you can unwind and enjoy small family get-togethers. You will find surprises at every turn as it is entirely equipped with every possible amenity that one could hope for and more.
The gorgeous park-sized pool and spa is superb. The jacuzzi is large enough for small children to swim! The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, jasmine vines, and baby fruit trees. The heating of the jacuzzi and/or pool is not included in the base price but varies by season. Please ask for details. A BBQ is available if you are more of an outdoor gourmet! Enjoy the garden views of the sunset poolside or make s’mores at the fire pit. There is a children's playground outdoors with a cozy toddler swing, regular swing and a trapeze bar. There is plenty of space indoors for play and activities. Games, cards, juggling, puzzles for all ages, an oversized smart t.v., a large array of books, cookbooks, etc... Adults and supervised children can play piano on the stunning electric baby grand piano. This property feels like a private oasis in the middle of the city.
A private gate encloses the front yard at night and the large back yard is completely enclosed . An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera faces the entrance/entry pathway for extra security. A smart lock allows you to have your own personal entry code. All night "partying" and in/out guests will be asked to leave.
