Proudly presented by Rebel Ridge Rentals. Coyote Cliff Corner, a new Pocono getaway, is a large sprawling custom home that includes luxurious finishes throughout & room for the entire family. Including 5 bedrooms, two living rooms, 2.5 full bathrooms, master suite, great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, designer kitchen, pool table, bar, deck, hot tub, and driveway for 8 vehicles. Smart-TVs are located in all bedrooms & both living rooms. Linens, towels & fast WiFi included.
Hosted by one of the Poconos premier Super Hosts, known for building custom mountain retreats that combine a rustic feel with modern touches, Coyote Cliff Corner has just been completely re-modeled for your enjoyment. The large corner property is furnished only with designer furniture and features stunning accents around every corner. The kiddos will be thrilled with sleeping in the Valley Room, which features a custom built bunk bed unit with secluded queen size beds on bottom level. Coyote Cliff Corner can comfortably sleep 14 guests in beds. The home includes 5 generously-appointed bedrooms, all having 55" smart TVs.
The property itself is very large and sits on a corner lot with a wrap-around driveway trimmed with mature landscaping. The backyard is fenced in and includes a large deck with sitting area, gas grill (no need to bring propane), picnic table seating for 10, and a new 6 person jetted hot tub.
The lower level features a large game room where you will find a regulation size pool table (pool sticks included), bar and pub table, foosball table, and a 65â Smart TV. Also on this level is a living room area containing a sofa & loveseat and an electric fireplace to cuddle up in front of.
The first floor living area has an open-concept design that combines the living room with the kitchen & dining areas. It is an ideal spot for large gatherings and includes tall vaulted 20 foot ceilings flanked with a large three-tier chandelier, a huge stone gas-powered fireplace, 65â smart TV, 3 sofas, and a stunning gourmet kitchen with new designer stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Also in this area is a large dining table with seating for 10 plus a room dividing island with bar stool seating.
Each private bedroom was designed with your comfort in mind and features a 55â smart TV and premium bedding. The luxurious Master Suite includes a deluxe king-size bed, large electric fireplace, walk-in closet and a convenient en-suite master bathroom. All nightstands feature phone charging stations.
Coyote Cliff Corner has 2.5 full bathrooms which include travel essentials such as hair dryer, first-aid kit, toiletries, and toilet paper. The 2 main bathrooms have tubs.
All bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, and towels are included with your stay. Additionally, we include a 2 day supply of; hand soap, bath soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. See guide book for full list.
For heating, every room in the house has its own thermostat to best accommodate your heating preferences. In the summer time, the home is cooled with Central Air Conditioning throughout the entire house with the exception of two bedrooms. The two bedrooms that do not have central air have window air conditioners - so the entire home is cooled.
Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. The property has a very large circular driveway and can accommodate up to 8 cars. Parking is not permitted on the street. Violators will be towed by the Towamensing Trails Homeownerâs Association. Landlord has no control over this rule. We include the cost of your first six parking passes. Additional passes can be obtained for $25/pass.
The beautiful kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.
Your reservation at Coyote Cliff Corner grants you FULL access to the private community of Towamensing Trails' amenities such as the lake, in-ground pool, clubhouse, hiking trails, tennis, and basketball courts.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles. There is a $500 fine for smoking and/or vaping inside of home.
The entire home has been professionally decorated and furnished with premium brands. Coyote Cliff Corner is professionally cleaned & fully sanitized in between stays according to all VRBO and CDC guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

Working from home? Are the kids learning virtually? Coyote Cliff Corner has you covered! 3 areas in our home include a comfortable desk and chair so you can work privately, in the event that you have to.
Free Un-Limited High Speed WiFi. Last speed test resulted in 247 Mbps for downloads and 12 Mbps for uploads.
We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish. Please bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener.
All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable.
Wristbands are required to access all amenities; including the lake, pool, beach, sports courts, and clubhouse. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day.
We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you!

We perform a rigorous multiple point cleaning and disinfecting procedure in between each stay to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed in order to confirm your reservation.
Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional pet fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details and exact pricing.
Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 6 guests to book. Certain dates and holidays have a minimum night stay requirement. Contact host for additional details.
Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation. Parties are strictly prohibited.
The exterior grounds have security cameras in place for both your protection as well as the homeowners. To avoid noise issues, we employ noise monitoring technology that monitors and measures decibel levels.
The Pocono Mountains experience a considerable amount of snow and precipitation in winter months. Although we do make every effort to remove snow in a timely manner, there are times in which renters will have to do some shoveling, this is unavoidable.
Please note that pricing is based on the final guest count.
The outdoor grill is available for use from April 15 - November 1st. The grill will not be available for use outside this time frame to protect from the winter weather.
